Burlington is a store offering great prices and incredible deals on name brand clothing, shoes, handbags, and beauty items. It has a good variety for ladies, juniors, plus, kids, and mens, along with home and seasonal decor. Customers find nice items like name-brand coats and Nike shoes, especially when new shipments arrive. However, the store is often understaffed with only one cashier, and the location is poorly managed. The store is not well kept, and the bathrooms are frequently disgusting, clogged, or lacking supplies. While the prices and selection are praised, the poor management and cleanliness are consistent criticisms.
Most of the staff is decent and friendly. There's this one lady named Dora tho that got a attitude problem. People shouldn't work in retail or customer service with a rbf and if they can't be friendly to paying customers.
