Beware! They change the billing codes after you get out of the office and you might end up paying more money than what you were initially told. I was a patient there about a year ago. I had to get my top wisdom teeth removed. While there I gave my insurance card, received the quote and paid for everything there out of pocket for what I was told insurance would not cover. The day after the surgery I received a call from their office who told me they did not put the correct codes for what I paid and that I actually owed more money. So the day after surgery I am paying additional money because of their error. I paid It over the phone. 6 months down the road I start receiving calls because apparently they had been trying to reach me through mail but put my address wrong in the system. However, now I'm supposed to have been getting a bill from them saying I owe more money again, another $135 because insurance didn't cover everything that they submitted after changing the code even though I had already paid what they told me I would need to pay out of pocket the day after surgery. I explained to them that I don't understand how I am owing even more money when I have already paid twice to cover my portion and should not be made to pay more because of their error. It took forever to receive an itemized billing statement that still was confusing as to why I owed more money. Eventually I admit I did give up on taking their calls because I couldn't never get enyone on the phone when I called back because they always called while at work and no one seemed to be able to actually answer my questions and i refused to pay until my questions were actually answered. Now they are sending my "debt" that they created due to their error to collections and I guess I need to pay it to avoid this from happening. Long story short, just find another dentist this experience was absolutely ridiculous. Avoid the headache and financial issues if you can

They have cancelled on us 3 times all at the last minute. They are crazy slow once you’re there so you need to take extra time off from work. And they never answer the phone when you call. Overall experience has been very poor. We will definitely be looking for a new dentist!

This past visit the dental hygienist was very gentle as well as knowledgeable. I have no complaints. The office wasn't crowded and the wait was not bad.

Dr. Mazin is a truly caring an excellent dentist. I have been going to Brightnow Dental for 30 years and Dr. Mazin is the best thing that ever happened to the practice. The office staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Dentists are never fun. I was hesitant about going here after the reviews. However, it was a great experience. I did have to wait about 20mins past an appointment time once, but like anywhere sometimes other appointments don't go to plan and take more time. They are friendly and helpful. Alexys is the best I have ever had, clean my teeth. Shubhangi was helpful and advised me on options for concerns I had.Best thing is they DON'T push any procedures or products on you, just give you the information and option.

Everything was good, except they took me in 40 minutes after my appointment. All staff were professional and pleasant.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…. Please do yourself a favor and don’t come here. At least not to see Dr Hina Bhinder . She is the most demeaning , disrespectful, rude and rough Dentist I’ve ever got seen by . Not only does she NOT respect your time , she speaks to you like you’re some idiot in such a demeaning way and looks at you like you’re some animal she’s treating. It’s not free you unprofessional freak . She is so rude . It really is not hard to be professional and just nice to humanity it’s really not hard at all . I don’t know how she has lasted this long and how people , human beings just take this type of bullying and abuse . It’s so sad that people like her exist in this world and I get it’s a job you are providing but if it wasn’t for my business you wouldn’t have a job and live so privileged you think everybody is beneath you . The assistant was not understanding either I wonder where he learned it from . The receptionist was coughing non stop and not even wearing a mask in this flu season . The office manager was no help at all . She calls the dentist being a few minutes late 45 minutes and I should of just left when she gave me an ultimatum… either wait 15 more minutes or leave . I should of know …. I waited an hour and 20 min just to be treated like an animal ?????????On top of them NOT cleaning my teeth she wanted to scam me out of like $2,000 procedure when I only needed a cleaning . Ridiculous

I saw Dr. Mazan and two hygienists today for a basic cleaning as a new patient. They had me there for two hours which I thought was excessive but I assumed they were being thorough. Dr. Mazan and two hygienists both remarked that my teeth were unproblematic and well cared for. At the end of all this, instead of a cleaning I was given a bill estimate of $2,079 for "Deep gum cleaning". They explained that if I declined these unnecessary procedures, I'd be dropped as a patient. I asked if I could still have the basic cleaning I was there for, and they said sure but it can't be done today. When I went to schedule it with the receptionist, she said the first available cleaning appointment was 10 months out. BUT, if I paid the $2,079 and got the advanced procedures, I'd be seen immediately and it would include a cleaning. This is shameful. Bright Now's policies are HARMING patients. Please revisit your Hippocratic oaths!

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you are scheduled for a cleaning, make sure to be ready for them to cancel on you the day of, even as late as an hour before your scheduled time! When you call to reschedule, make sure you know what you are doing in six months' time, because they only schedule 6 months in advance. You then will go a whole year and a half between cleanings (if you can actually get an appointment you want, and aren't cancelled on that date!). Horribly unprofessional. Never going back.
