We messed up our appointment time and accidentally showed up 30 mins early and they were still incredibly welcoming and we appreciated their flexibility. Kaylan was the staff member who helped us during our appointment and she was wonderful! She did a great job pulling dresses to match what we were looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. She was very friendly and fun to work with. It was a great experience and I was excited to say yes to the dress at TLC!”
