Horrible customer service. Gas prices are regularly 30 to 40 cents higher than anywhere else in Frederick, and then the pump actually charges an additional 10 cents so you're paying almost half a dollar more per gallon than anywhere else in the city. The "shop" is a chop-shop. They are not certified. Do not have proper licensure. You'd be a fool to go here.

Don’t get a U-Haul from this place. They are always rude and will rent you a trailer just to make money. Went to pick up a trailer and the guy laughed at me for using my honda CRV when U-Haul obviously approved the trailer. He signed off on contract before making sure I even had wiring or a hitch ball to put trailer on. Then says “well the trailer is yours now!, come back when you get wiring and a ball”. Other U-Haul place on prospect blvd was very upset he did that and luckily refunded me and took good care of me. Unlike this run down, rude gas station.

Price gouge location alert. Drive a few blocks west, just past the Route 15 exits for prices in line with most other gas stations.

The station it self is just a gas station, attendant is short spoken. How ever the repair shop is horrible. They are NOT ASE certified and do not no what their doing in repairs. I had Lewis as a mechanic and he did $13,000 in damage to my car. He is not BBB approved and has NO business license in Maryland. DO NOT USE HIM, if you do you will breakdown and have to pay a REAL shop to correct the damage he does to your car. Without my approval his used junkyard parts a lots of silicon glue, broke off bolts and charged me for new parts. TOTAL RIPPOFF. I am reporting him to The Consumer Affairs Commission for legal actions.

The proprietor was very helpful. They have both air for tires and a vacuum, as well as gas, of course.

I went out of my way and burned precious gas specifically to come to this gas station. The store was locked and no one was anywhere to be found.

Rented a uhaul from them, and was charge an inaccurate cleaning charge. Rent from somewhere else. Their equipment to rent the van barely worked to begin with, which should have been my first sign it wasn't going to be a good experience.

Fuel cost is very high. Rest rooms supposedly out of service. No water in the buckets to clean windshields. Attendant didn't really care. Since I did get fuel, the best I can give this place is 1 star.

Gas price not only a full 40 cents per gallon higher than a quarter mile up the street, also higher at the pump by 10 cents per gallon than advertised on the sign. BP is already difficult to deal with in South Carolina; I have now developed a substantial bias against them. Do NOT recommend, take the time to go elsewhere.

Totally fine and the gas was very well priced, however the commercials when you are pumping are so obnoxious!!! I will totally go elsewhere to avoid being inundated with commercials.

They keep hanging up on you. If you by miracle get through their line they will have lost your reservation. They will change your name in the system so that the paperwork disappears. And this all happens on one of their good days.

The price per gallon was already thirty cents higher than that of several other gas stations up the road, but I was in a hurry, so I didn't discriminate. Once I started pumping, I realized the price I was being charged was ten cents per gallon higher than advertised on the street sign and pump. I will actively avoid this gas station in the future.
