My girlfriend just had a plastic piece of her car break off and begin dragging along the bottom of the car,, she pulled into a repair shop who within a half hour fixed it for her and refused to let her pay, even as a tip. In response she said that the least she could do was leave a good review on this dealership's page.In light of how those two gentlemen treated a woman they dont know, likely wouldnt see again and wouldnt take her money, I think this place being associated with them says enough about why you can trust them with your next car purchase.Thank you, guys.

Update: I’m adding two stars because the manager at Kia worked hard to resolve this eventually, but it seemed like it took a lot of pestering on my part. I do appreciate the extra effort in the end to resolve the situation.Positives of my experience: I love the car I leased and Brian was a good salesperson to work with.Huge negative: somewhere along the way my paperwork got messed up or was not submitted to Kia so they have no record of the sale. This means that I cannot create an account and make my payments. I knew this was an issue about a week before my first payment was due which seems like plenty of time to resolve the situation. Not for the managers at Kia of Frederick! I was on the phone several times with the general manager, each time he told me he was going to call me back, each time I waited several hours past when he said he’d call or in some cases multiple days. My payment will now be late through no fault of my own.Since the general manager seemed unable to help me resolve the mistake they made I emailed the sales manager who was also not helpful, and I contacted Darcars Toyota (that’s where the paperwork was completed) and was told I would be called back but was not.This has taken up a lot of my time and has been stressful for several days and they seem to not care at all. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Terrible experience with service center.Bought new car from them, my third time using the service center I scheduled appointment online like I did the first two times. They cancelled my appointment twice, then when I called they said they are booked out for a long time and aren’t sure when they can get me in. They suggested I call back in a few weeks… all I wanted was an oil change. I just went to jiffy lube, took 20 minutes, no appointment needed

Buyer Beware: This Kia service department will do everything in their power to NOT cover damage due to a recall. I feel completely taken advantage of.After my car broke down my local mechanic reccomended I bring my 2015 Kia Soul to a Kia service center because it was showing a code that was linked to a recall that effected the catalytic converter and the engine. After my car sat at the dealership for a week, they called to inform me that the code was no longer showing and that even though all of the damage is most likely cause by the parts that were recalled, they would not cover anything. I was quoted $5800 to fix the clogged catalytic converters and exhaust issues and was told that I would need to pay them $160 diagnostic fee regardless. They did the software update, which they said "satisfied the recall", even though my car was already damaged. I spoke with customer care and they agreed that the code should not matter because the damage is obvious. They called to speak directly with the service manager, who then lied and said that myself or my mechanic must have cleared the code multiple times to allow the car to keep running which caused the damage. Because of their behavior Kia customer service recommended that I take it to another dealership.

Please just listen to me. Do not maintain your car using these people. I did my last couple oil changes here and they didn't tell me i was burning oil, when i did my own half of what they put in came out. It wouldve been good to know to top it up but ive just been here grinding my engine down. I also took my car in because some buttons on the steering column burned out, these dudes really lied to my face and told me it was my clutch burning and gave me quotes on clutch replacement. Bro I've replaced clutches so i knew they were wrong right away(129$ diagnosis for a nonexistent problem), theres nothing wrong with my clutch 5,000 miles later. I used to do my own maintenance and it looks like I’ll be going back to that because it seems like ive been done wrong every time ive brought my car here. Its probably not malice just sheer incompetence, but please do not take your car here

We stopped in when our car’s trunk wouldn’t close. They helped us latch it down and were incredibly friendly. They didn’t even charge us to help our car back on the road. Especially as we were traveling. 10/10 amazing folks.

We bought our 2023 Kia Sportage on July 5th. Over a month later, our trade in is still not paid off. We haven’t even received anything about our new car payment. They haven’t submitted ANYTHING at all!!!! Please steer clear from this place, we will be contacting police to resolve this situation.

I didn’t plan to buy a car today, but Brian Berkman made the experience so awesome that I ended up walking away with the perfect car!! Stephen Kenly the manager was super nice and I’m very pleased, this dealership has the nicest employees and I’m actually looking forward to getting the car serviced with Jake and his team! Would highly recommend.

I know Spencer from wayyyy back and was pleasantly surprised to find him at Darcars Kia. His team did wonderful job of enduring thru tough negotiation and in the end, I drove away in a car of choice.Many competitors and dealerships lacked inventory and integrity to lie and brought me and customers in for the sake of selling. Not here. Mr. Diomede was both courteous and knowledgeable about Carnival. Thank you, Darcars!

Vivian was a wonderful salesperson. Super gracious and easy to work with and she made me feel super comfortable. The sales manager, Spencer answered a million questions of mine via email before I even came in to look at a car. I had a great experience and they took great care of me.

Had a great seamless experience buying my first car here! Not only did Stephen work with me on a competitive price but he also got the car brought up all the way from Waldorf for me. Then upon coming in we were given a warm welcome by Brian who got us through the process efficiently without sparing any detail. He was very helpful throughout the process and my dad was very happy that his son was buying a car from a fellow Springbook Blue Devil! Would definitely do business here again.
