BIG TOW is the company you wanna have when you need towing/recovery services. They will guide You in the right direction. We are a small business, owner operator, our dump truck rolled over big tow was called to assist with the towing/recovery, our insurance stated we had no coverage for towing, the bill was $16.000 (yes, thousand) !!!! That's when big tow really helped us and guide us on why/how the insurance was saying wouldn't pay, anyways long story short thankfully with all efforts to help us out, big tow was a big part on "make" insurance pay to release the truck from their lot... This is the kind of people you'll need in your life in moments like this, they didn't had to help us out, even when we got a little irritated on the phone hearing a total of $16.000 to pay, ( notice, this was a big tri axle dump truck, rolled in his side in the middle of the road) they calmly helped us out... Oh, and they always answer the phone ? SO GRATEFUL BIG TOW!!!!!

Absolutely unprofessional non customer oriented. I witnessed this myself. A tree chipper truck f550 with chipper rolled over on side of highway. Big Tow spent 1 hr towed both 3 miles billed $9275.00

On the evening of September 10th I personally witnessed Big Tow in action. A Ford F550 chipper truck pulling a chipper overturned on the exit ramp from rt340/15 to rt 70 east at approximately 7pm. Four trucks from big tow showed up they seemed absolutely clueless how and where to hook the cables to flip truck back on its wheels. They proceeded to try to upright the truck without chaining the dump bed to frame until the owner told them. Once they chained bed to frame they proceeded to upright truck but had one slight problem the tow truck ran out of fuel. One of the truck went to get fuel 45min later fuel arrived. The truck had air in fuel lines cranked away for 10min clueless what to do until one driver found a can of ether starting fluid and started spraying away.(ether is absolutely horrible for diesel engines in large volumes. Finally watched them do more damage to the truck than the truck received in the accident so sad. Finally at 1015PM the truck and chipper Finally were loaded 3 hours later and taken from the seen. I just witnessed this and do not own the vehicles involved but saw such incompetence, unprofessional, tow service I felt the need to advise others beware of these people

Chris went above and beyond to remove our stuck car from a really difficult spot. It was extremely tricky without a lot of space to maneuver but he was committed to solving the problem and even when it looked nearly impossible, he still stayed the course, thought outside the box, and eventually got it done. Asked to have a vehicle removed three times within six hours. The representative said someone will be sent but nobody ever arrived...I hope this was just a rare occurance on their part...
