Just recently picked my car up from this place and I am super happy with the results and the level if service I have received. From informing me as soon as everything was done to the updates that I got, I knew pretty much everything that was going on with my car. It looks beautiful and brand new(honestly better than when I got the car) so I’m happy with the quality as well! Great people and love the experience! I hope nothing else happens but if it does I know where I am going! Thank you guys again!

We have been using auto body dimensions for 24 years and this past time has been the worst experience we’ve ever had was told numerous different stories about when my truck would be done. All I asked was for honesty so I could get a rental vehicle if I needed to, but was repeatedly promised a date that was never kept And was blatantly lied to about what was going on when I went to pick up my vehicle it was scratched dirt in the paint and now I find out both my front light clear covers are scratched. This is a brand new vehicle with 7000 miles on it, the manager came out. About the buffing compound and the scratches that were left on my fender and said that’s the way it was brought here. I’ve never in my life been so insulted to think I would bring a vehicle with buffing compound and scratches when you all were the ones who just fixed my vehicle it’s brand new for Pete’s sake sorry the customer service and the workmanship has went down. This used to be an A+ shop that we recommended to everyone, not anymore

The staff at Auto Body Dimensions are wonderful! Tory was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile on the phone to try plan ahead and determine exactly what parts were needed and what the job would entail. They offered to take a look at my car same day, but made time next day to accommodate my schedule. Tory and the crew got my car back to normal very quickly and did a fantastic job. Hopefully, I won’t need them again, but if so, I’ll be a returning customer!

these guys are top shelf!!!!! bar none the best experience I think I’ve ever had with dealing with body Repair/car rentals. not only did they schedule a shuttle for me to get picked up from them to enterprise, but they kept them updated so I didn’t have to keep calling to put an extension on my rental car. I feel bad. I don’t remember the name of the lady that works upfront but she is one of the nicest people I’ve ever talked to on the phone, the gentleman that sits next to her is an extremely great guy and would definitely go back if needed.

Disappointing.
Younger Nissan recommended Autobody Dimensions because it is a Nissan-certified repair facility. However, I learned from the estimator that they do not receive any specialized training from Nissan, unlike the Hamilton Nissan Autobody shop at the Hagerstown dealership.
While this is not a huge deal breaker, the reason for my low score is that I never received my estimate. I worked with Kirt, and he told me he would email the estimate that day. Unfortunately, I had to call back twice the next week. I was told both times that Kirt was not available and would be given the message that I reached out to receive my estimate.
This was a waste of time, sadly. It's an unfortunate situation because Kirt seemed like a very nice guy.

They've done 3 repairs on 2 different cars...first repair, they forgot to put badges back on the car, the employee who handled it is no longer here. 2nd repair handled by Brian was painless. The 3rd repair handled by Kirk has been the worse. The repair was delayed because parts weren't ordered before hand like they're supposed to by USAA terms. The car was damaged and they blamed Tire World who they subcontracted some work to but they're not accepting responsibility. Kirk is rarely here, never returns calls, horrible communicator. I've sat in that shop waiting for Kirk for hours to try to resolve the issue. Other customers have come in trying to get their work going or estimates done but it's being handled by Kirk so others pick up the slack. And the office manager plays the I'm just the manager, I don't know anything card. If you're not expecting your car to look better by the time they're done, this is your place.

My low rating is simply about the 3% fee they charge you to pay your deductible via credit card. They also don’t take checks so unless you bring cash you have no choice but to pay the fee. Even though it took a full 30 days I had good service from appraiser Kirt who works here.

It was my first time dealing with body work through insurance. The staff were very nice and helpful with and questions I had. Scheduling was super easy. They also detailed my car, I didn’t know that would be happening, so that was a nice surprise.Services: Painting

Repairs to our car were fantastic, no issues there but ... They were very slow to respond to calls and the repairs took twice as long as initially promised with no explanations.
