Yesterday I became the proud owner of an Audi S5. My sincerest thank you to Devon, Jordan, and Audi of Frederick (Ourisman)! Perspective: last week my vehicle of 24 years finally died. In desperate need of transportation, I got a loan and began online shopping and making appointments. The first place I went to provided a horrible experience where I felt I was profiled and not taken as a serious customer (Mercedes-Benz loss, Audi's gain). The next morning, I received a phone call from Devon at Audi.from that moment on, I knew my wife and I were going to be treated with care, empathy, and respect through the entire process. Devon was nothing short of outstanding and Professional. Also, Jordan called a few minutes later to re-emphasize they genuine desire to earn my business and willingness to get me in my next car at the best price. Upon my arrival, Devon had vehicles set aside and keys ready to get us in and driving. He asked us how our trip went, provided refreshments, and talked us through what the experience was gonna be like. He took his time to walk us through all the features and differences of all the cars before, during, and after the drive. It was like talking with friends or family. Jordan also came by a few times to check on things and ensure we were at wase with everything. It was exactly what we were looking for the experience to be. When it came down to pricing and rebates, THEY DELIVERED! What they valued most was making sure we were happy and that the experience was positively memorable. It was all about the customer's needs and getting us in the car we wanted. It was never about us settling for an alternative. Even the financing rep (name escapes me right now) was genuine, friendly, and just an all around great guy when it came time to discuss maintenance packages and sign papers. These folks have probably made my wife and I Audi owners for life. Stopping here first when time come to get her an upgrade. Audi of Frederick, you are the absolute Best!!! Thank you again for everything!

Go to Audi Frederick first. I just bought my third car from Audi Frederick. Traded in a 6 year old car for a new one...still have another I bought 2 years ago. Only dealership I've returned to that often. Thanks to Corey, my salesman, Jordan the Sales Manager, and Kyle who served as business manager the last 2 times, and sold me the first Audi. Painless purchasing process...and now when I return I feel like an old friend...not just a customer.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Audi dealership, and I want to give a huge shout out to Katelyn Jamison for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, Katelyn went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Audi . Katelyn was also very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure that I felt confident in my decision. Great service, great experience - they were even willing to open early so I could pick the car up and get on the road. On July 25, 2024 I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Ourisman Fredrick Dealership, located at 6001 Urbana Pike, Frederick, MD. I worked with Alexander Ferguson, Brand Specialist, and Kyle Reese, Business Manager. Both Alex and Kyle provided excellent salesmanship and customer service. This was my first pre-owned vehicle purchase and Alex hand walked me through the process. They made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience incredibly easy. The posted vehicle price and out-the-door invoice were clearly laid out, along with a current Carfax Report. Once we reached an agreement, there were no surprise add-ons or pressure to purchase warranty add-ons or unwanted coverage extras. When in the market for another vehicle, I would absolutely purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle from Ourisman Frederick Dealership again. The 50+ minute ride was worth it! Ask for Alexander (Alex) Ferguson – he will take excellent care of you.

In April of 2024 I walked into Ourisman Audi in Frederick to check out the Q series. The color combination I wanted wasn't on the lot, but could be ordered, so we did. In July, I drove off with my dream car, in the exact color and trim package that I wanted. This wouldn't have happened without the fabulous team there. Devon was our sales contact. He is excellent! Devon KNOWS these cars and can explain how things work, and all of the bells and whistles. Jordan is the sales manager... excellent. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Finally, to close the transaction...Ian in Finance. This was a seamless experience, things were explained very well, and the deal was done. I cannot express how great this team was. Buying a car is a big deal, and here at Ourisman I had an excellent experience. The follow through was top notch and the follow up, simply great. I love my new Audi and would highly recommend this dealership. I'll be back!!! Enjoy!

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I dealt primarily with Jordan Stickelman, the sales manager. Ian in finance was also fantastic. Everyone was professional and friendly. The team was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all questions/inquiries. They were always flexible and open to negotiation. Jordan went above and beyond to ensure that a fair deal was reached for a new 2024 Audi S5 Sportback. I highly recommend you contact the dealership for anything Audi and do business with them.
