This is the worst representation of AT&T I’ve ever witnessed. My iPad, bought and covered in warranty by AT&T stopped charging. When I took it back to the store, I interrupted a frat party reeking of marijuana. The employees were dressed in sweat pants and not a name tag on site. They immediately told me I had to get the iPad fixed through Apple. I called Apple. They told me to take it to the AT&T store. When I told them that AT&T advised me to call them, they asked me to take it to Best Buy. At the Best Buy appointment, 2 days later, Best Buy told me they should have taken it to AT&T. 2 days, 8 phone calls later, Best Buy sent the iPad to Apple for a replacement. The AT&T store COULD have and SHOULD have done that, but they were preoccupied with their party on the clock. I called AT&T Customer Care today and they told me I couldn’t file a formal complaint without a name. I went back to the store to find out the “manager’s” name is Ivan and he doesn’t have a regional boss.I’ve called AT&T Customer Care back and suggested THEY read these comments. I find it hard to believe this is the kind of customer service is what they’d call acceptable.

Yaz was AWESOME! She took care of us and helped fix a BIG problem, that someone from a third party, claiming to work for AT&T caused. Even though the process took what seemed like forever, the outcome was more then what we could've expected. I'm happy we had her as our agent!

the guy who served me was under the influence of marijuana. He don't understand what I'm saying to him and he couldn't put 2 words together. I do not recommend!

Stay Away from this store and their associates ! All they care if to sell the phone and plan and once you signed up they will never look at you and ask you to deal with ATT directly. I had 3 phone traded in back in June and 1 phone is missing that was never received by the ATT . My family were told by the store associates to open new line to get benefit of new phone first and change them to a apple watch line later to reduce the monthly cost. My family were fooled twice with this trick , got the new lines, traded in properly working I-phone 12 because we re told its free and cancel the line once they receive the traded in phones. We can cell the line and we ended up paying over $1500 for three lines. This store only cares for their daily business and monthly sales margin. And, they dont take responsibility of any of their actions that lead to the business. One store associates gave me QR code of apple watch to be used for me for changing line from phone line to apple watch. That is how corrupted these people are ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND ITS DISHONEST PEOPLE !Update: ATT never received the traded in phone that I handed to Porya as of 12/19/2023 and they can not locate the phone. ATT gave me credit for the phone since they can not locate it.

The service is very worst and very unethical. They keep the customer and go back inside and doesn't worry to come back and attend the customer. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I think AT&T need to rethink if they really need to have the store here with no service. It is of no use of having executives in the store who is not willing to do service. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO THIS STORE UNLESS AT&T RETHINKS AS HOW TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS.

This the second time that ANDY has helped me. I can not express how he is so personal, and effective at his job. I saw him today and was willing to wait for him. I hope this goes to corporate and they give him recognition for what he does!!!!Andy, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

This place is actually hilariously disorganized. They don't care about you if you don't walk up and talk to them. No one seems to take leadership. I was just completely skipped in line when this guy was told to take me before this other guy that walked in after me. This is HILARIOUSLY BAD. This place sucks, go elsewhere. Don't come here. No care at all for the customer.

The Reps (Vallerine and Kalal)at the Urbana store, were very skillful in utilizing their customer service skills to provide the highest level of service . Their ability to assist their customers..is beyond the call of duty...It takes a special Rep to get and keep my attention on what really matters...They talk with business sense, not just common sense......

Absolutely love this ATT location. Your staff is excellent! Derek was amazing! I went this location 3 times in one week. First Derek helped me with getting my husband a watch. Second, Andy helped me upgrade my phone and third, Joaquin helped me with taking my old phone for rebate and working with me to get myself a new watch. Just all 3 have been wonderful, great customer service and definitely makes me want to only go to this store. Thank you!!!

Porya did an excellent job helping me select and set up my new phone--he gets five stars. (The survey that AT&T sent me does not seem to work.) My new Google Pixel 7 Pro works well.
