The people in the stores know what they are talking about and know where to find anything you need. I have had to return a couple things for various reasons but anytime I have their return process has always been short and quick.”

“I came into Best Buy at the Frederick location simply looking to see what promotions Best Buy had for the new Samsungs that were released. Prior to coming to Best Buy I went over to the Verizon store and received 0 help!!! No one at the Verizon store decided to acknowledge me so I decided to go to Best Buy hoping for better luck.. as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the man sitting at the front door. I asked him where could I go to get information about the new samsungs that were released- he directed me to the cell phone department. I was met with Rocio who was very patient and kind. She took her time explaining all promotions to me to ensure I got the best deal! Not only did I receive a gift card of $150 for my purchase but a trade in promotion will also be applied to my verizon account for trading in my old phone.. thank you rocio for being so knowledgeable and kind you guys have a star in your store!!!!”

“I had the most impressive experience at this HD location. Doug in Customer Service and Karla Weedon in Appliances are true rock stars! The company overall was experiencing IT issues that created a stressful situation regarding my purchase, and they both went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they were kind and empathetic at a time when I really needed it. Additionally, the two gentlemen who delivered our washer were absolutely fantastic. A scenario that could have been relatively disasterous resulted in a positive experience thanks to this group of people.”

“We typically find what we are looking for here--both appliance and electronics wise. Today we were looking at TVs and loved the Oled Evo LG TV. The TVs are fantastic. I love the interactive experience you get looking at TVs at Best Buy. Plus, we were able to do side-by-side comparisons of the Bose and Sonos sound bars. The sales reps were knowledgeable about their specific products and gave us some good advice on installation. Seeing the TVs in person really helped--versus just seeing pictures online. This is a product that you really need an in-person, interactive experience for!”
