They went above and beyond to get me a rental car when my car unexpectedly broke down on a Sunday evening. They extended my rental period easily and then offered to drive me to my car at the service center. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with AmeriGo in Frederick, Md. Emran Qureshi was not only professional, but also very personable and went beyond his job description and duties to help us out obtaining a rental car after our car broke down. We highly recommend Emran and AmeriGo if you’re in the Frederick area and in need of a rental! They, also rent RVs!

Emran was very professional and polite while handling my situation at a moments notice. I appreciate the extra time he took to help me in my time of need and also got me into a car that I was comfortable with driving. I didn't even know that they were located in the Mall which is a convenient place to be. The pricing for my vehicle was pretty decent and not too expensive. He had very good communication with during the process and it wasn't a difficult process to get the vehicle paperwork signed. For that I'm grateful as well. I would recommend giving them a try and tell them that I referred you.

I highly recommend this company. They drove 12 miles to deliver rental car to us on a Sunday, great service. Car was clean and had a full tank of gas. Our service experience was wonderful. I must say i love this place , Mr.emaran is very easy to work with , he is very good with every customer and he work with the customers and he explaining every options they have . i am so glad i found this place .most valuable thing is they trust the customer , me and my family had a great time and we got nice 7 seater SUV and i am so happy with it .i strongly recommend this place . thank you Mr.emran for such good customer services , appreciate .

Entire experience was great. The car was exactly what I needed, was available when I needed, and was clean and ready to go. The agent stayed in touch with me through the entire process and was more friendly and professional than any other rental car company I've ever used. Will always try Amerigo first in the future.

Located in LakeForest Mall, next to the nail shop. I have consistently been met with a friendly representative. Location is very customer oriented. Always offered upgrades (if available). Easy check in process and extension of rental if needed. Amerigo and RV Rentals is my go too for renting both cars and trucks. It will soon become your favorite rental company as well.
