Amerigas is terrible. Delivered gas, heating system stopped. Called support, rep was rude, never sent follow up email. Tech was supposed to come in the afternoon, just got a notification that they were there, and fixed the problem, although there is no possible way to have fixed the issue I have. Its too expensive to switch to another company so I'm trapped with this dog water company.

Fairly unimpressed with the service. I made the mistake of liking the price but communication was terrible and they could not manage to send the fast fill they promised within 1-2 days. Clearly I was the victim of a salesperson who would promise anything but had no real clue. I had to call every day to get an actual status about what was going on and at the end of Day 3 the truck finally came out and hooked up to do the actual fill but apparently didn’t actually fill anything despite being hooked up for 30+ minutes. The next morning I saw the truck again and the service individual informed me that he was unable to fill up the previous night and was going to fill then…. This was infuriating as we had been told not to run the heat (it was 20 degrees at night during this time) on only the test amount they had put into the tank on Day 2 or the system would run out again and put strain on the system…. Well after the truck arrived on Day 3 and was hooked up for 30+ minutes I assumed we were good to go and ran the heat all night. Thankfully it was low enough that I guess we didn’t run out. Finally on the morning of Day 4 we received a fill up. When I called that same morning to speak to someone about how awful this whole process was they claimed they couldn’t look at my account until 48 hours after the fill. How convenient.

I've always had an excellent experience with Amerigas. Always a friendly atmosphere, and on time deliveries.

horrible horrible service. You can't speak to an employee in the us and they are less than helpful. The mess my deliveries up EVERY time.

Gas rate is too expensive. I was not taken off automatic fill even after asking twice. It took 3 times to get my status to be changed to "Will Call". In the meantime, they came and filled up my tank when I did not ask for it.

Poor service I scheduled a delivery two weeks ago but still not received and customer service is not helping every day morning I am calling and they are saying it’s scheduled for today

Bad experience with AmeriGas,We ordered gas and the confirmation from you said that the delivered will be in a weekAfter 10 days I called you and I was told that you have a problem with the system andi have to wait for another 10 days. Since my tank was low and I am old and sick at home,I was told that if I pay 300 dollars the deliver could be next day.My question to you, why I should pay for your mistake.If you like a good evaluation of AmeriGas, PLEASE reimburse me the 300 dollars that as aretired person, I badly need.

Once everything is set up, I don't have to worry about anything. They come and fill the tank and process the invoice, including the payment. Nothing for me to follow up or do. Completely hassle free.Thank you!

Since 9/17 until today 10/5 no gas. I called on 9/17 ran into billing issues I was unaware of since I never got a bill either snail mail or electronically. I paid all that. They said between 5-10 business days we would have gas. I called back after 5 days to see where we were on the schedule. I was told our order was rejected and I needed to pay what I had already paid. Got that cleared up so I thought. 24-48 hours expedited. Nope. Just called right now. The order was rejected, no explanation that she could see on her end. So now we are hopefully being really expedited and will have gas 24-48 hours. In the meantime, no dryer so I have to go to the laundromat. Not really a problem as far as problems go, but an inconvenience. I would like to be reimbursed but that’s probably a no go. But I will be calling Tevis to set up service. This is just ridiculous.

I was with AmeriGas for more than 21 years. Ever since Customer Service has been outsourced overseas, the level of customer service has dropped. I have since cancelled my service with AmeriGas and have a new gas company.

Charged me almost double what neighbors paid for competitors propane. Some neighbors even got quotes from Amerigas for $1 a gallon less than what I paid as a repeat customer. Called and was told they would review and adjust my bill. That never happened…
