I donate platelets monthly to honor my husband, who died of cancer in 2013. I love this place. Shay, in particular, is excellent at her job. I never feel much of anything when she does my needles and she is fun to chat with. I walk in and everyone knows my name.

Taking walk-ins again. Quick, efficient and I like the feeling of the space. They now have TVs for the donors that do longer donations (platelets or double blood.)

I’ve always had wonderful experiences here - especially today with Dylan! She gave the best pinprick ever and she was supportive and helpful throughout the process. All the staff here is so kind and make you feel comfortable. I’ve donated here 4 times and never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back!

From the minute you walk in the door to when you leave, it's a very friendly & pleasant experience.I struggle with my iron level & Shay, charge nurse, always keeps a piec6e attitude for me. Shay also knows I've had a problem in the past when giving, so she makes sure to give me an experienced person.I can't say enough great things about this center & the people who work & volunteer here!

First visit on july 8 and first donation.... front staff was nice. I was taken back to get pre screen just about on time but my blood pressure was high (white coat syndrome). Shahara was funny and helpful, and later me mellow out and retake. Once I was good to go, she also set me up. Helped me relax (I hate needles!) And we talked about life a little.... she had to go help someone else and Treasure came to finish and was great.I thank them both for professionalism, keepin it real n friendly to help me relax and doing a great job. :)
