I had a beautiful deck built almost 2 years ago. I called yesterday about a few items that have come apart such as the pvc outside corners on the rim/ band board etc. The company was very responsive and ready and eager to help. Because of this, they have made a customer for life! Not only will you get an amazing product, but it appears you get a lifetime of amazing customer service!! 100 out of 5 stars!

We did a remodel with Albaugh & Sons in 2021. We were thrilled with the work when it was complete. The team was professional during the project and the end result was beautiful. About a year later, we had issues with our flooring. They were quick to answer our concerns and replace the flooring. Fast forward another year and a half and we are having the same issues with the flooring. We contact Albaugh & Sons and they put us in contact with the flooring company. The flooring company was less than helpful and gave us the run around for months. We circled back to Albaugh. They had their insurance company come out and their adjusters made a decision without having a qualified provider investigate the floors. Albaugh wiped their hands of the problem. It’s very hard to reconcile this company that was so invested in our home, with the company that is quickly brushing off our issue. We hired Albaugh. They picked the flooring company and they hired the subcontractor. We did not pay either of those companies/entities, we paid Albaugh and we expected them to stand behind their work and those they hired. It has been over 6 months and we still have no resolution on our floors.

Albaugh & Sons installed our fence and added steps to our deck. Everyone on the project team was wonderful to work with, very professional and did an outstanding job!

Prior to my install I seeked out various quotes any many left me with a headache from the mansplaining which made me feel like I was unseen or better yet unheard.
I have to admit I did not like the work...
I LOVED IT!!!!
They just finished installing my deck and fence all within a weeks time and I am beyond satisfied. The quality, precision, professionalism, and timing was just right. Everyone involved in the install was courteous and any inquiries that I had was answered, not "dumbed down" just answered. Albaugh & Sons has gained my business for all future jobs.

Albaugh & Sons completed a remodel of our primary bathroom and we couldn't be happier! Communication was top notch throughout the process. The project completed on time, even with a structural issue being discovered during demolition (and repaired during the remodel). The quality of the work performed was outstanding and far surpassed my expectations! Austin, Ali, and Sterling were a great team to work with and have made Albaugh our go-to for all home-improvement work.

We needed a fence as fast as possible for 5 rescue dogs that we took on. Albaugh and Sons was able to provide a great quote and a speedy installation. My wife and I love the new fence. It has literally improved our day to day lives by being able to let the dogs run free in the back. The materials were perfect and high quality. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I hired Albaugh and Sons to tear out our old deck and replace it with a new composite deck/ screened porch. The front office was a pleasure to deal with and kept my wife and I informed on everything. The crew did an amazing job every step of the way. I was especially impressed with their finish work. The attention to detail was impressive! What I also liked Albaugh and Sons is they had a project manager (Danny) who would occasionally pop over and answer questions and would also keep me updated on progress. I would highly recommend hiring Albaugh and Sons for any of your fence/ deck / home improvement needs.

We had Albaugh and Sons do 4 household projects from creating a new linen closet in our bathroom to replacing our wire shelving in our pantry. They did an outstanding job and completed it on time. Once done, they contacted me to make sure we were happy with their work. I highly recommend them for any household remodeling that you may need.

This was the second time we used Albaugh & Son's to do some work, the first was in to redo our deck in 2017. Because of that experience I chose to have them redo the back section of fence on our townhome. As with the deck, I was not disappointed, the crew came out and had removed and replaced the fence in less than 2.5 hours. They even reinstalled the street numbers on the gate. I would definitely consider Albaugh & Son's for any future home remodeling.
