Bad customer service, don’t get greeted or asked if you need help, staff doesn’t come and open the fitting room doors although there’s a line of people waiting, staff has an attitude upon checkout. No smiling at all from this staff, they look like they just don’t want to be there, it makes you feel so uncomfortable.

Customer service here sucks. Management would rather let you leave mad then help you. Then good luck being able to call there customer service hotline you just get pushed to a leave a message system.

Horrible customer service! The store manager and, associate Lauren were extremely rude. No customer service training. I came in on a weekday early morning, there was no crowd but both ladies seem to hate their jobs. Customers don’t deserve to be treated bad just because the staff dislike their place of employment.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. First of all the employees had horrible people skills. From entering I was rushed and neglected even though the store had close to little traffic. After I went to make my purchase the employee assisting me forgot to take off the security tag on the clothes. I have something that I paid for at full price that I can’t even wear. Also my friend that I went with was charged regular price for an item that was suppose to be on clearance and he had to return to discuss the purchase. Overall, this store needs to seriously make some new changes because currently it’s at an unacceptable status.

Located within the Francis Scott Key Mall They had a $4.00 sale going on flip flops. I wore the flip flops maybe two or three days after I purchased them and while I hadn't noticed while wearing them, the strap on the left flip flop had scratched the skin on my foot and I had begun to bleed lightly. No issues with the right flip flop. Not sure if I got an irregular pair but a week later my foot was still healing. Not that great of a deal after all.
