I used a Synthetic Oil Change coupon. The coupon does not reflect additional charge for labor. Yet I was charged an additional $15 labor fee for an oil change at Wiygul Fort Washington, MD. This coupon is misleading. Very much disappointed!

They damaged my rims. I wish I heeded the bad reviews. They are welcoming at first but when I told them that they damaged my rims they suddenly became rude and told me that it was already scratched. Look at the photo, the damage is obviously new. Its a different color from other parts of my rim. Also, I dont think its a coincidence that the two rims that had the tires chanced has the damage.

Been here before, the staff is DYNAMITE! The professionalism is OUTSTANDING! The part today that behoved me was that I didn't have to sit there and wait on my vehicle. How about this, the ladies working there got me an UBER to get home. I had a pie to bake. My word is BOND!! THIS SPOT HERE THEY WILL WOW YOU!!! #1 GO 2 AUTO REPAIR SHOP!! YOU HAVE TO CHECK THEM OUT!!!! ?????????????????

BEWARE!!
We asked for a tire rotation. Instead they put new tires on our car and wanted to charge us $500+ without any confirmation with us.
They rejected doing the rotation stating the tire was in bad condition and had to be changed. I have a tire depth gauge at home and it reads 6/32 which is still good/okay condition. Also passes the penny test.
Bunch of scammers go check the yelp review which is full of bad reviews because I speculate their google reviews have some fake reviews.
