It was disappointing that a clerk rudely dismissed a customer for attempting to bring in their dog today. Regardless of the "rules" there is a way to speak to customers. Is it really that big of a deal anyway? Nowadays, pets are welcome anywhere. Did you even consider that it may not even be a pet? It could have been an EAS animal. Looks like a training opportunity here for management. I am sorry this happened, and glad the customer(s) took their business elsewhere.

A usps driver on 6/22/23 around noon at Olde Forte Village Shopping Center off swan creek rd in Fort Washington, MD. Ran a stop sign at a 4 way stop, as I had the right of way and was crossing the intersection. I stopped because he wasn't going to stop. As he was crossing me he was mean mugging not looking ahead just looking directly at me like he was going do something and slowed down. I was in total fear for my life by this look so I hurried out of the shopping center.

I only use prepaid postage (PirateShip is your friend), so ever since they installed the self service kiosk (which happened a few months ago), I've had zero issues with this location.My issue before the kiosk was that there was/is almost always a line, but now my stops here are fast and have not had any issues. I scan my packages at the kiosk and then drop them off at the end of the counter. I'm in and out within a minute or two max.Fyi, the self service kiosk is to the left as you enter the post office.

What the heck? They need to check the tellers for bad attitude . So many people in-line and workers are sitting in the back not helping customers. What a joke!!! Post office need to check this place. I wish I give it 0 feedback.

On November 16 2021 I mailed an envelope (8x10) directly from my post office 28088 to an address in 20744 postal code. The addressee never received the envelope and to date the envelope has not been returned to me. I have the receipt but it has no tracking number and I was told by 28088 there was no way to track the package. Unbelievable! And unacceptable! Especially in these times of coded handling mail procedures. I suspect during the processing/handling of the piece of mail it was damaged and no one took the time to repackage and deliver or return to me with an explanation or it was lost or left in the mail truck and never delivered. I am so very disappointed in the USPS. I called the intended recipient to find why she never called me after receiving the precious and exciting mail which is the only way I found out she never received the package. Shame on you USPS. The cost of this is high. Postage was 5.20$ but the contents of the envelope were priceless.

Lying saying they delivered packages but didn't. I'm 6 months pregnant now I have to struggle to figure out how to get off work find someone to help me carry a desk. Liars

Any time I have a package come through this post office I never receive it or it sits at the facility for weeks on end. They have given my package to random ppl. Also have sent my packages back to the sender on a few different occasions. I’m not sure what’s going on up there but it needs to be addressed asap

I would give zero stars if possible. Worst customer service. You will wait forever. In a two week time frame they have lost my package. I got a text saying another package arrived at this location and the man working the desk (there's only one person at a time) used his psychic powers to tell me it wasn't there. He refused to look. I left angry. Called back the next day to discover it was in fact at the location. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Please just close it down or rehire people who actually capable of doing their job.

Always the worst customer service of any post office I've used. No sense of urgency and they're generally rude, but sometimes will be straight up very rude. Lines are always out the door because they move slowly, and often just stick one person at the counter who has to keep getting up and walking to the back. If a second person comes out, don't get too excited because somehow they're good about not moving the line any quicker. A colonoscopy or getting a tooth pulled is probably a better experience than that retail counter, if you had to rank it.

I will never be returning here again, I’ve tried for about 5 years now to use them and have had around 15-20 errors. Or problems and inconveniences! They are the worst don’t waste your time money or energy! On top of just not completing 65% of what there job is. The customer service is ridiculous! Especially the one lady behind the counter. You could be as nice as possible and she’s miserable. I could go on and on. But they already have a 2.2 review I was at least pleased to see there stars match there service!
