This store does a great job - they are right on my route from home. However I no longer stop here because there is always a tent sent up asking for donations and they are a little too aggressive. I'm busy dropping off items for work 4 times a week and I don't have time to be held up.

While the employees are friendly at this location, their customer service is terrible. As mentioned in some reviews, there is always a line so be prepared to wait. I shipped a package from this location and there was no tracking information for almost 2 days. I contacted this location on the morning of the second day and an employee referred to UPS Customer Service for assistance. The UPS Customer Service referred me back to the shipping location because there was no tracking information provided. I talked to a manager the second time who offered no assistance and provided false claim information. The tracking information appeared after I contacted UPS Customer Service the second time and it showed that the package did not leave the shipping location until after my first call on the second day. I definitely will not be returning.

There is always a line so if you have to go expect to wait. The people behind the counter are nice. They always try to take care of you completely before they move onto the next person but that always requires a line. The space inside is very small so there isn't much space for a line to stand. So if it looks crowded from the outside, it probably is.

Great service, a little pricey. Not sure if the store sets the price or standard pricing for UPS. Overall experience was good; I would recommend this location.

Great UPS store, the people who work here are tech savvy and attentive. Could be a little more organized, it's chaotic sometimes. And the lines can be too long. But I do recommend this location.

For the last 5 months there is always a line out the door. The price to ship packages is significantly higher than other locations. And packages are always misplaced and the sender is blamed
