This place is very dirty and the service . The man who attended to me was very abrupt and I told him not to touch my heel, he was very sensitive and he didn't care. The next day that area hurt. Another issue was that the gel manicure he gave me started to come off, that has never happened to me before, only here.

This isn't the cheapest nail salon but absolutely the best VALUE in the area. Plan to pay a bit more than the average, but expect extensive services included. I've always been happy - plus new pedi chairs too

I got my nails done last week and had a fairly pleasant experience. It was my first time there. However, I went back today to get a nail repaired and the woman who I ended up speaking with has turned me off from ever returning. I called in around 1pm and she said to come in at 4pm. I also asked about tomorrow's availability just in case I got busy with work, since I work remotely. I show up around 4:15pm, was acknowledged, and asked to sit down. After 5 minutes I asked about wait times as I expected to be helped right away. I mentioned that I called in and this was when I was told to come in and the lady told me that she never said they'd be available and that she didn't tell me to come in. I wouldn't have driven over if they hadn't told me to come. I don't do blatant lying and shadiness so I am adamant on not returning... and telling all of my friends who recently switched here from our oldspot. I'm just shocked at the blantant lying, disrespect, and denial. Why even do any of that? All over repairing one nail. I thanked the woman and made my way back to my car.

I am new to the fort Washington area. I was looking for a new nail place I came here and will be definitely coming back. They took me in immediately Peter did my nails he did an amazing job will definitely be coming back.

Got a gel manicure. Got home ate dinner and took a shower. Here are the results. When asked about getting fixed or refunded I was told that the three day limit had passed even though I called the following morning, and was told to call back because the manager wasn't in. Waste of money and time. And customer service was bad. I asked for a specific service while I was there and was told it would take long and I should do something else that wouldn't. And when I refused I was talked about and my service was rushed through and not done properly.

I’m from out of town but needed a full set and pedicure for a wedding. The man who did my full set refused to do a design I wanted but didn’t even come up with a compromise on something similar he is capable of doing. I respect that he didn’t take on more than he can handle but I ended up with something I didn’t want since he wouldn’t do any design at all. The polish is lumpy and patchy. The lady doing my pedicure was nice but very fast. Ladies who started their pedicure 20/30 minutes before me were still in the chair when I was done. They just seem to get as many customers done as fast as they can without a care if people are happy. I was never told the price of anything and there was no pice signs. Very unhappy

I have been going here for years off and it has been great except for today. I came here on 8/10 and just needed a fill and a eyebrow wax. The little girl at station 3 was the worst tech I've been with. She was so rough on my nails and was rushing through the fill in my nails were hurting from the drill and my nails were burning under the Uv light. She was on her phone during the appointment as well. I asked her if someone else will be doing my eyebrows because I was uncomfortable with her doing my eyebrows since she was so rough of my nails and didn't have the best attitude. The lady that was suppose to do my eyebrows with with another client so the girl doing my nails had to do my eyebrows. Ofcourse she was rough and I had to ask her to not be too rough. I asked for am arch with my eyebrows and when I saw them they looked uneven. I told her and she said that she didn't do anything to the eyebrows but shape them up even though I asked for an arch. Not a good experience. I will be going To jasmine from now on because this girl did not have customer service or skill what so ever.

Well this evening I went to Tracy Nails & got a full set the person who was my manicurist was Monique who sits at table 3. The worst absolutely the worst person customer service rude person you ever want to do anything for you. I should have known better; but I didn’t notice it until I set down & she (Monique) was in the middle of doing my polish that she had an apron on full of skulls…. I immediately began to pray & plead the blood over myself.She polish my nails I told her I did not like the color pink she says she’ll change the color but she polished over top of the color with blue. I said to her no that’s not what you do. Check this out; a young lady walked into the door & wanted her nails done.I told her I did not like what she was doing she told me she was done that she was not doing my nails on and she proceeded to tell me how much it was gonna cost and that she wanted me to pay her now.I told her I was not going to pay her until I get my nails the way I wanted them done either by her or by someone else in the shop.What really was the kicker is that she act like this was an assembly line she was trying to move me out the way to get to the next customer.Thank God for his grace and his mercy.Another manicurist stepped up and her name was Jasmine she proceeded to do my nails the way I wanted them done and in the color Jasmine did a perfect job I was satisfied with my nails . I've been loyal customer at this location for well over a decade and unfortunately I had an awful experience today. I walked in at approximately 1pm and inquired as to whether anyone was available for to perform a pedicure. The owner, an Asian male, simply replied, "not today." I found it odd that I was never provided a wait time or even asked if I would like to make an upcoming appointment. They were clearly not short staffed at all. Immediately while standing there, a white couple walked in to inquire about a gel manicure and they were politely told to have a seat and someone would take care of them shortly. This was horrible customer service and I never plan on returning. The owner no longer finds customer service as a necessity for conducting business and I honestly believe that they can care less about their black patrons. Their bottom line is to merely collect your money. Black folks please stop giving them your money.

Look yall, I've been going here for close to 10 years. They usually do great but today I was rushed through and they werent even busy for how ive seen them get in the past. I didn't get the salt scrub that was supposed to be included, I asked for just a clear coat so he didn't even have to do color and got charged MORE than I ever have before. 45 min from the time I walked in to me leaving. Pedi and gel manicure no color, just clear. Every other time I've been there these same services have taken close to 2 hours. He was very rushed. Then they charge me $65 but the card hold is for $78. Ive literally NEVER had a hold for over the amount here, ever and I've used this same card for these same services before. I call and first she blames the credit card machine, then my bank. She explains that the gas station does an increased hold and ignores that I've NEVER had that happen at this salon ever. Time to find a new place I guess. If you go, get Lynn. I should have waited for her. She's great.Services: Gel manicure
