Ordered a 2 piece original recipe meal- received a 2 piece dark meat meal. How hard is it to get the order right? At $10 per meal, not worth it.

This new KFC location is nice and clean, however, as the other reviewers stated, the management is rough. I had many items missing whenever I ordered, In fact I once had someone else’s entire order of 30+ when I had only ordered a sandwich combo. The issues probably stem from the manager, as I have seen her be aggressive towards customers and employees. The employees are constantly changing which doesn’t help either. But, overall, I like the food, and it tastes just as good, and I think that’s the most important part.

Why is it that every time I visit KFC something is always missing from my order? If I visit ten times, there is a mistake at least nine times. This same issue existed in the old store (same location), and now it has gone to the new store. I just left KFC and ordered an extra biscuit. Of course, when I got home, there was no extra biscuit, even though my order was repeated to me, and I paid for the extra biscuit. Come on KFC… do better please!!! The only saving grace is that your food is really good, and I grew up eating KFC. What is wrong at KFC and why does this issue continue to exist and many KFC locations?Joseph Harris

I am very disappointed with the management of this establishment. I have gone on multiple occasions and have faced many encounters with Jacqueline, who is one of the managers there. Her attitude is very unprofessional and does not help fix mistakes. I have gone times because my order has been made incorrectly and been accused of lying by her. She also yells at her employees and it can be heard by all customers. There is never a time where Jaqueline has been polite. This establishment needs new management.Parking: its okay.

Just left this KFC and once again was disappointed from the lack of good customer service. While I love the food at KFC 99% of my drive-thru visits always end in disappointment for some of the following issues:•No greeting such as "Hello" by the cashier - the only thing said is "$14.95".•No "thank you" or anything - just hands the bag out the drive-thru window without a word.•Always at least one item missing whether it's food/drink, utensils, straw or napkins. rarely an apology - they just hand me the missing item in silence.This KFC location just opened and it has been an issue every time. I am confused about the type of training provided because this was my experience at another location that I frequented often - near work. I rarely write negative reviews - I just keep taking it, but I am at my wits end with KFC and the appearance of not caring by many members of their team. Who doesn't say "Hello" or "thank you" to their customers? Rather, dead silence during the entire transaction... wow! KFC, please do better with the manners and missing items. I do not recall seeing an order screen, so perhaps orders should be repeated to avoid problems at the window. I rarely go online to give unsolicited reviews... so this means I am really frustrated. The food is awesome, which is why I continue to put up with the madness. I hope KFC finds this information helpful, so their team can understand the importance of good customer service. Thank you.

I got the new chicken sandwich. This is my third time getting it. In my opinion it's one of the best out there. A definitely in my top three.

Horrible! I went through the drive thru and ordered extra steak on my steak quesadilla add Guacamole. Got no extra state and absolutely no Guacamole . Didn't receive a receipt And a burn my food.
