The worst BANK I’ve ever dealt with. That 1800 Customer Service is Horrible. No one says the same thing. I put stop payment on a check that still processed and when I say it pending I called and was told it will up date after midnight and go back on my account well that was a lie. That calls are recorded and I was even told they entered it in the system wrong. They wouldn’t give me a credit on my account and have like $5000 of my money tied up…..I will go back to dealing with Navy Federal. Their service is comparable to a (2) year old staying home to take care of me when I’m sick…they are nasty, rude, and hood on that phone. The fact that everyone says something different and don’t have the knowledge to provide customer service is crazy…this is the WORST experience I’ve ever had in banking

This branch is filled with non-professional from the branch leader to the floor team. They are disrespectful and not interested in a good customer experience. The bank transition was poorly executed and their teams reflect such. The tellers are friendly and helpful. However; I can not begin to say how terrible the branch leader is. I have been to this branch over the past week and each time I have waited from 45 minutes to 1, 20 minutes for assistance with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and just excusing once assistance is given. This location once had an optimal branch team. This location has really gone down and it seems to start at the top.

The most and worst experience in all Suntrust bank around dmv, area especially dc and Maryland branches. I am glad that BB&T takes over of Suntrust, good to see this bank going out of business. I will never come to this branch.

I normally go when it’s closed and use the ATM which is always in order and working. But today I went in at almost 4pm on a Thursday, there was no wait. The teller (I think her name was Andrea?) was super nice and honest. I was scared to come here because of the reviews but I will definitely come here more often.

I haven't been to this branch in quite some time due to the horrendous customer service. Nothing has changed, they are still super slow and it's only 3 customers in the bank.

First of all If you know you guys are having issues and complaining About being slow or staffing, why managements Hasn't hire any more staff and actual productive people, Every single day there's 1 person and 1 person can only do so much, you can't burn the staff like this People waited for ever like myself For a simple things I understand things happens but I see other guys sitting, actual sitting doing nothing but being on they're cellphone and why management hasn't say or do anything about it ? So is it worthy the costumers complaint and the reputations this bank? Why not hire an extra person and train them to be PRODUCTIVE!!! Who ever people that are sitting on the desk NEVER EVER Help the other guys , they just sitting On they're phones Anyhow It would be nice if someone actually look at the reviews so you guys can do something about it and make this location better for the costumers and employees But the way I see it no one pay attentions to the costumers voices witch it's sad and turns to bad and horrible costumers services I'm wonder how long will it take or what would it take to make this change or even just notice the review but actually notice and read them n go through them

Very slow bank, since I've been going there. their never staffed properly. Needs new management and additional help. Prepare to be waiting for awhile. Forget about the drive thru you'll be there forever. Poor management from Sun trust bank. Wow! We have a business account, if it was up to me I would Switch Banks for sure

This is the worst branch in the DC area. I have always avoided going to this branch whenever possible. Yesterday I sat in the drive thru for half an hour. The teller serving the drive thru came on the speaker and said it would be a while. I asked how long and she said she was the only teller there and that she was serving the people in the lobby and had no idea how long it would take. Then she asked if I would like to have my deposit back to go somewhere else. What kind of bank teller does something this stupid. This branch has no customer service whatsoever and actually should be shut down by Suntrust.
