Their bathroom was put of order, but they didn't have a sign on the door, so I wasted 10 mins waiting for an imaginary person to leave the bathroom before I asked the person up front if there was something wrong.

Husband took my 2016 Audi for MD inspection. Only minor repairs sited, but felt the inspector would find anything in order to charge the extra $20 re-inspect fee to total $100. Plus, noticed bumper was scratched, but bottom line was our word against theirs! Other than that, it was a good inspection just never again! ?

Got the service team to work on my lexus, brought my own spark plugs and coils, they changed them and i heard a knocking noise after i got it back, took it back to them to address that noise, they forgot to tighten something and charged me for it. Never will take my cars to them again. I wouldnt put it pass them to setup something to fail so you could keep bringing it back to them. Try R and G in Alexandria for great service and prices...

Completely disgusted with my experience here. Make sure you ask about the quality and warranty on parts. I paid almost $600 for wheel bearing parts for it to give me trouble after 16 months. There was only a year warranty and the best they could do was give me half price on the parts and labor. So basically, I would be paying almost $900 within 16 months. Straight ripoff! Make sure you ask questions before you get any major services done. I definitely will not be returning for any services due to dissatisfaction!

My new go-to mechanic! Brake service and oil change was quick & thorough. As a woman, I greatly appreciate being spoken to as an equal. Everyone went above and behind, getting me back on the road safely.
