I had an excellent experience at FW my service center! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My car was serviced quickly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have been searching for a good, trusting and reasonable place to take my mercedes cars for repair and thank God I found the place! Mr. Wyheed is pleasant and fair with repairs. Before I knew about Mr. Wyheed, I spent $1700 at the German Auto on Livingston Rd for a suspension issue and I know it would not have been that costly with Mr. Wyheed. Then the German Auto place attempted to fix my tag light bulb and it didn't work. They charged me $100 and told me that more work was needed for the light to work possibly $1100 and $150 diagnostic fee. The Lord led me toMr. Wyheed and thank God he put his blessed hands on my tag light and fix it which was a wiring issue. Thank youMr. Wyheed! You have a permanent customer!
