I used to get my taxes prepared at Longterm a few years back. I switched up around the pandemic, and didn't return until last year. The only mistake that i made, was leaving Longterm Financial Services! I have recommended my ENTIRE family!!! We will continue to come back!

Beware definitely read the reviews and do not come here and take your money. Tell you to file it yourself don't file I don't communicate with you turned around months later, and it was not filed. Told me I had to file it myself kept my money.

I was a customer of longterm financial services for a few years. I dealt with errors here and there, but I always kept in mind that every one makes mistakes. My family stopped doing business with the company after several major mistakes were made. However, my husband and I gave them another chance at being our tax preparers. To my disappointment, we to learned our lesson from dealing with this unkind and unprofessional business. They were kind at first, but I do not believe their compassion is NOT genuine towards what they do and their own customers. I have now seen the numerous negative reviews on their website stating their incompetence and lack of remorseful attitudes. It is one thing to make a mistake, but another one to not own it, be accountable, and then accommodate their customers for THEIR own mistakes. To be licensed and to carelessly make major errors is very unfortunate. My husband and I will now owe taxes for the previous two years due to being falsely advised. The employees at this company show no true customer service, genuine concern, and no kind disposition once they’ve been paid. Everyone makes mistakes, but to become defensive with an attitude is simple BAD BUSINESS. Today I was actually hung up on by our tax preparer due to her lack of self control and terrible attitude. I have 50 percent of my hearing, I can only hear out of one ear. To be talked over with an amplified volume is complete disrespect and then hung up on made it even worse .They have no true regard for their customers that is evident. I do not know where the defensiveness comes from someone who is human and far from perfect. I hope they learn from this mistake and make better accommodations for their customers in the future.
