Never ever again !!!!!!!!! I went on Friday to pick up my 1 alteration that I put in on Monday and they lost my stuff. I waited for over 10 minutes and they just said we looking. I became annoyed but, wanted to be patient. A total of 20 minutes they finally found my item. I asked for a discount & the rude woman at the counter said “oh no discount” when I asked why she just kept repeating herself. So you had me waiting and wasn’t going to offer anything. Very poor customer service & to add insult to injury when I asked for an apology she let out a loud sigh & rolled her eyes. That’s the least they could have done and when I called her out on it she just repeated no discount. I once again reiterated that I just want an apology as I gave her my money she threw my change back on the counter. That’s when I had to let her have it the amount of disrespect & the customer service that was displayed was absolutely disgusting! I will never spend a penny! Never again!!Service: Alterations

Not friendly; I'm a professional black man and I was in business attire and I got a dirty look up and down from the staff. I asked serval questions and they said no and brushed me off. I said thanks and walked out but they could care less... I won't come back.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE AND DESERVES ZERO STARS. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. Do I have your attention yet because this place a horrible? I've used these cleaners several times in an attempt to support our local small business but after a recent experience we're going to find another more reputable organization. I will admit that their prices are great but the old adage of 'you pay for what you get' has never been truer here. First, no one greets you with any pleasantries when you enter. The one young lady actually looks angry when customers interrupt whatever she was doing with our presence. Next, our clothes would routinely come back with stains on them. So, this is a dry cleaner that makes your clothes dirtier, folks. Finally (and this is what sealed their fate with me), they lost two irreplaceable pieces of clothing and made zero attempt to reconcile the lost or show any compassion that the items were missing. DO NOT USE. THEY ARE THE WORST.

If you don’t read all of my review, please just remember this: do not give this place your business. It is one of the most dishonest establishments I’ve ever encountered. I’ve dropped off several items here that they never returned to me. It seems that they’ve got some hustle where they don’t check in all the clothes you drop off, so they can claim they didn’t lose it. I hope they somehow get a conscious and “find” my clothes. They have no idea the history associated with my clothing and how hard I worked to buy them. In the interim, I’ve made it my mission to warn everyone about this place. Don’t give them any of your time and money. I’ve found a better place on Fort Washington Road.

I stopped in here briefly for the first time to ask a quick question and to confirm their hours. The lady I spoke with was very kind and professional towards me. This business is very clean and well-organized organized and even though I have another cleaners closer to my house, I would gladly come here anytime I needed to use their services. I look forward to visiting here again soon.

So far so good for me, I left another local place due to them using a hot iron on my silk hand made pants and I never went back. I have not had any silk pants done here, but everything else seems good to go. I did have a pocket corner sewed up on a Cabi jacket and she did a great job, you can't even see it, so this place works for me!

Was a loyal customer for 3 years, decided to pay in cash one day and gave them 50 dollars for a 35 dollar order and got no change back. The owner argued with me for 30 minutes and wouldn't pull camera footage because he says his cameras are broken. Basically if you don't want to get ripped off by your dry cleaner, don't go here. And if you do go here anyway, don't pay in cash.
