For Scheduled Asphalt Repairs, it isn't clear about the time and parking. Being as elderly person, I can't be moving my vehicle, I need access to my vehicle always.

As previous comments, most of them are true, they’ve been able to fix a couple of the issues I encountered since I’ve moved in and there are few others to be fixed which is taking more than I was promised since I moved.
Be aware that the buildings are old and you will have to deal with loud noises specially if you live below of another apartment due to thin walls and floors.

When I say listen to every negative review, I mean listen to every single negative. do not walk, RUN FAR AWAY from harbor place apartments. The Maintenance team is understaffed due to how many appliance and fixture repairs need to befixed. this property needs to be renovated. There is a terrible roach infestation that management refuses to acknowledge or address. I thought people were over exaggerating until I moved in and realized a lot of my request we’re not acknowledged and I had to fix a lot of these issues on my own. do not move here.

Been a resident for almost 2 years now ‘ My unit is still in good shape , washer and dryer and AC have all worked since I’ve lived here. I wanted to give a special thanks to Miss Robertson ?. She’s very patient, quick response and will do what she can to help. Miss Heather is Also Helpful ? Thank u both!

I hate this damn place so much you can’t park. You have to pay the park. My toilet won’t flush. My garbage disposal is broken. My AC is broken. I put in two emergency maintenance request. I put in three tickets with the office. This is ridiculous. Water is off every other three weeks, it’s just unbelievable all these extra fees you gotta pay trash fee. Maintenance fee its like four extra fees. That They just added it to the rent still don’t know what they doin with the money . I’m calling corporate. I’m the morning it’s 83° in my house Just took pictures my garbage disposal won’t work. It’s 83° in my house 6° less than outside. It’s been 83/84° in here going on three days. I had to take my sister babies to my mom house. It was too hot for her to stay in here. I would take a picture of the toilet, but I know you guys rather not see that seeing as how it doesn’t flush smh

Once again, I am thoroughly pleased and impressed with the maintenance team resolving my issue I recently had this past Sunday when it was extremely! Hot! For whatever reason my apartment would not cool below 77°. I put in a work order as it was too warm to rest. Tuesday morning I received a call after placing a work order on Monday. Mr. James called me and let me know he would be entering my apartment to assess and diagnose the issue.. Later Mr. James called again to let me know that it was best that I keep my blinds closed during the day to keep out the heat of the sun , and that he had added some Freon to my unit. And that he would be going outside to use a coil cleaning solution on the unit to remove any dirt or debris restricting airflow to cool my unit. Then called me one last time, to inform me that the unit had been cleaned and it had Airflow blockage from dirt buildup. And that my unit was now operating at its optimal level. When I arrived home, my apartment was 80°. I turned it onto 74°. Immediately, I felt the cold air blast of the unit kicking on and cooling my apartment. Understanding that the extreme heat that we have been experiencing, makes it very difficult for the unit to cool quickly. But now, it is cooling quickly and operating as Mr. James said, at its optimal level. Thank you, Mr. James, for your communication, friendliness, and kindness. As well as your professionalism and attention to The concerns I was experiencing. Most appreciated! Comfort after 12 hour day, is one of the most important things for me to have peace after hard work and stress.
Very pleased with my choice and choosing Harbor Place, And Morgan properties as my residence and Home. Thank you Mr. James!

So far I am quite pleased with the apartment, as it is in good condition, spacious and well ventilated. There is plenty of parking, and all common areas are always clean. the neighborhood appears to be quiet. The leasing process went very well, and the entire staff was impeccable during the process.

BEWARE!!!!
DO NOT MIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Believe the reviews when they say this apartment complex is absolutely ATROCIOUS!
Leasing staff are disorganized, uninformed and disrespectful. The only accountable person here is Arianna. Apparently, maintenance cannot perform their duties in appropriate times frames. And, the manager Heather is inattentive to issues and lacks responsibility and accountability the actions of her staff. You cannot escalate matters of importance as she is either in a meeting and unwilling to meet or out of the office. This company exhibits predatory behaviors which I will be reporting.

Poor staff, they will always try to find the shortest way around things, I have put in multiple requests for the same things to be fixed and nothing is ever fixed, I am always told “ we are going to try to get you a new one” but nothing ever comes of it!

I been living here for almost two years now , I can truly say this has been a up and down experience for me . Especially with the past leasing staff not showing the urgency and residents care this property needs . I can honestly say now I’m relieved with this new staff they are doing their best to bring this property up and restore the past reputation. So please have grace with them because they are doing everything possible to give us a great living experience ?☺️. I want to shout out all the staff members who has been a great help in turning my bad experience to a positive one . Shout Outs !! To Noelle , Arianna , Tishaun and last but not least Ms Felicia who plays a big part !!!! … Management I Think Your Lovely Staff Deserves Lunch On The Company Of Course? …,,

Extremely dirty parking lot and grounds - trash is everywhere. The office staff doesnt care about keeping the entire property clean. Cars are constantly broken into. There is no security and lighting is poor.

Never!!!!! Horrible on all levels. Ceiling fell in before I could pay my rent. Stove, wash machine never worked, flooring feels like card board boxes. Mold all in ceiling. Leaky faucets, smells really bad. Tow company has been authorize to harass tenants and take your car for everything.

These people don't understand that we, as residents, work really hard to afford living here. Most of us are average, hard working Americans trying to take care of our families. Because of the potholes the parking lot is a virtual obstacle course. It takes several attempts to get maintenance issues resolved and when you complain some of the staff act as if you're the villain. There is NO accountability. I can't believe the apathetic approach management takes with regards to maintenance and the overall condition of the property or individual units. From the research that I've done, Jared Kushner, Donald Trump's son-in-law, owns or is part owner of Morgan Properties. Morgan Properties has been sued for other matters. I get the fraudulent charges cases; greed is to be expected. But I would like to think that they would at least give us what we're paying for. I think the one thing that is really shameful is this:
The last day that we can pay rent before it's considered late is the 5th of each month. But if you don't make that date there's a notice on the doors the very next morning. The same urgency should be exercised in solving our maintenance and property issues.
