“Nice brand new Giant the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because being a brand new store when I was in side with a shopping cart in the front before the register lines the main isle was really cramp not wide enough at all for a Giant. The place felt cramp and tight and couldn't pass or get around people it felt like you were on a one lane bridge to get around the place. They just jammed a much bigger store into a much smaller building that's what it feels like to me.”

SO I decide to start purchasing my stuff online and pick up the store to avoid any confrontations with Coupons and holding lines are the store. My order online got cancel I don’t know why but I called the store and the store manager and Stephani was so nice and shop my second order I placed . This kind of customer service deserves a five stars, thank you both”
“Yes it has changed, because of the dedicated senior workers who have not only left, but have retired, and that being said it's a shame that our young generation has picked up that respect, and courtesy. It goes along way!”
“My health insurance promotes me to go to CVS for my prescriptions however, I have been going to giant pharmacy in Fort Washington Maryland for years. The staff is just simply amazing although the pharmacy is located within the grocery store, the waiting area in the privacy of discussing my prescriptions, how to take the medicine and understanding the need for the medication is so rewarding. The pharmacist is behind the county preparing the medication, but always seem to find time to lift up their heads to greet us at the desk. The staff that assist us with drop off and pick up is so super nice and professional. One day I was in a rush to pick up my medication and the store was very crowded. I had a few simple items in my hand and I kept looking back to check the line so that I can get to the register and out quickly, the staff at the pharmacy accepted my small items of groceries and I paid for them after I picked up my medication. The patient and the welcoming energy makes me feel so special. It's heroes and healthcare like pharmacist and other personnel that makes life feel great. This location is pretty new, you're having we built the grocery store and using a smaller location for a short period of time. Nevertheless, the changes during the reconstruction did not hinder the commitment to care for all of us. This is a Public thank you for all that you do for the patience and customers in the community.”
“On March 16th after a family affair we had a small get together at my brothers place. I ran into the store for a few things that we needed. The store was practically empty. I zipped down the isles and then made my way to the register. I was feeling tired so I went to a cashier and boy am I glad I did. Out of all the Safeway(s) in the area this is the first time that checkout was 100%. I approached the young lady named Wendy she said hello and did you find everything okay. She quickly checked me out even put my bags in the cart as they were filled with drinks. WOW! I paid and for the first time a cashier asked me do you play monopoly. I said you are the first cashier to ask me that. She smiled and told me to have a good night. Amazing, simply amazing. Wendy is top notch. Retail is tough - I was in the industry a few years ago. I looked for CS representatives like Wendy. They were hard to come by. Thank you Wendy for the greatest experience ever at a Safeway in the DC, MD and VA area. You're BRILLIANT and I hope your supervisors see this!”
“Like the location but if you're coming off the road from where World Market is I hate the fact that you gotta make a u-turn to get to it. Other than that...I love Aldi.”
