I’m customer at this store for years but I had a bad experience yesterday. I had a bad customer service. The lady persuaded me to open a store card and gave me 40 percent discount on my purchase. I did the application. I asked her if it’s approved or not. She told me they’ll contact me in 10 business days. Her answer is very irritating. I asked her again if it’s denied or not. She keeps saying it’s not decided yet. So I paid. She told me “If you don’t wanna buy it , you can cancel the purchase! ” in a very rude way. she is very disrespectful! She was very rude. She thought we were like ignorants. She clearly shows that she doesn’t care.

LaTrenda or LT was amazing, excellent customer service her manager, however, I was highly disappointed in him. He was not pleasant, but LaTrenda save the day.

First time at this store. The staff were pleasant and greeted me upon entry. Every one was helpful. Able to find items easily. Made a return and obtained a refund from an online purchase; extremely fast and successful.Great sales throughout the store and items in the required size were a bonus. In addition, I was able to complete a new online purchase to procure the items returned in a larger size at a cheaper price ?.
