We were looking for an alternative insurance company, after being with another company for many years. Choosing to call Gai Allen at State Farm turned out to be very fortunate for us. Not only did we get a better rate, the agent we spoke with, Ola Williams exhibited exceptional customer service. She wasknowledgeable and personable, as well as professional. We recommend that anyone looking for insurance contact this office.

I received an exceptional customer experience when I called for a quote. Ola Williams was patient, professional and pleasant all while presenting my current options, as well as with details for future decisions for any changes I may make. All of my questions were answer, explained clearly and patiently. To this end, Miss Williams should receive more than the 5 stars. I will definitely stay with this agent.

I have been with State Farm for over 20 years for Home Owners Insurance and decided to add Auto. Ola was very helpful and very informative in guiding me to add an auto policy. Ola Williams is a true gem and her customer service is outstanding. She goes far and beyond the above average state farms employee, if I could give her 10 stars out of 5 trust I would and she mire than deserves it. Thank you Ola, you're my go to from this point on. Gai, take notice of the employees that give your customers great service. If she doesn't have, she deserves my book of business in her portfolio.

Pat Roy here, I forgot to sign out of my son, Anthony Golden's account. I have been a customer for years. I love these guys. They are professional, immediately responsive. I'm 76 years old and a worrier. I'm on the phone with them constantly asking questions. They are courteous and patient to take whatever time is needed to make sure I understand. Gai, I really appreciate you and your staff. I will never change insurance companies.

Hello Gai Allen,I really had to take the time to express my feelings about Ola and Raymond today. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years and I know at certain times I'm not that pleasant to deal with, but, on a constant base I have been a big pain for Ola and Raymond lately with my million questions and not understanding why so many changes with State Farm, at NO time did they make me feel like I was abusing or rude to them!!!. Professional, kind, mild mannered, quick responses, returning every single phone call mssg, courtesy! I want to take this time to thank you for hiring these 2 amazing employees that I can feel their smile through the phone while taking care of my every issue and always making me feel good at the end of EVERY CALL. Thank you Ola and Raymond for your professionalism and Patience. You have always gone above and beyond for me.

I have been with Gai Allen insurance for 5 years. The fact that she and Raymond goes above and beyond for their customers makes me feel appreciated. Whenever I need clarification or breakdowns about policies, Raymond is definitely the one to ask for.

If I could give a half star I would. My husband called to inquire about the rates for our vehicle because they kept going up. We are very responsible drivers with no tickets or DUI’s. The receptionist gave a very vague and basic answer which in my opinion had nothing to do with our policy. She was very disrespectful and rude. She also hung up the phone during the conversation. She outright lied to her manager and stated that my husband threatened her and stated that he would hit a woman. He would never say or do that. I was sitting right there during the whole conversation. We asked the manager to check the recording but he stated that they don’t do that. Gai Allen, owner agent, has yet to call back as requested. This was a horrible experience and a horrible agency. I wouldn’t recommend them for any type of insurance.

As a satisfied customer of the Gai Allen Agency for more than 15 years, including the last 5 since moving out of state, I recently had my own "Jake" encounter. It was a critical renewal opportunity for a policy that I have owned for years and because I am presently unemployed and in financial difficulty, and I mean difficult enough that even after having lost a son in 2020, I could not see in the moment how to commit to ANY additional expense, so I ignored the NUMEROUS written notifications that I received, and then Gai called. Again, I lost an unmarried, uninsured adult son in 2020, so beyond the terms of the policy, there was no "real new" information beyond the numbers in our conversation, and I directed her to my son. She called him, and we discussed it briefly but one morning on a drive to run an errand, her phone call played in my head and I immediately reached out. That perfected personal touch was the catalyst for keeping my family from losing greatly. But what's a great quarterback without great players around them? Enter Ola Williams!!!!! Ms. Williams received the message that I left and called me back within minutes. From that moment forward it was white glove treatment documents sent to me in minutes, she confirmed my receipt and return of all necessary documents and even ensured that I was comfortable with the docusign process. Customer service is becoming more and more a lost art with emphasis ever increasing on technology, but at the end of the day, we all need and want a human touch and a voice of compassion speaking to us about something as delicate and inevitable as our existence and the well being of our loves. I know it's the other folks slogan, but I'm in good hands over here!!

I’ve been with State Farm for 42 yrs and 25 of those years have been with Gai Allen. Gai and her staff have always serviced my account with impeccable customer service. I feel blessed to have been in the hands of an agent that I can honestly say cares deeply for the needs of her clients. Gai makes you feel like family and puts your needs above anything else. To be totally honest I have had a couple issues during the years. I have exploded more than once at a account executive in her office. Each and every time, 20 minutes after my explosion, I would get a call from Gai personally. First thing she would say is have you calmed down are you feeling better. Gai doesn’t beat around the bush nor does she make lame excuses. Gai will simply tell you I’m sorry something was entered incorrectly or if she can’t explain what happened she will simply say “I don’t know what happen but what I can tell you is that it won’t happen again”. I highly recommend Gia and her team Raymond, Lolla and Amber. You will not find any better agents in the metro area. I know because I work in the insurance field and I’ve seen a lot of unethical insurance agents. I’ve witnessed what an unethical agent can do to a client. Gai Allens Agency fulfills State Farms mission statement of “Like a good neighbor State Farm is there”.
