Made a passport appointment for today at 2:45
Pm I got there 10 minutes before and who ever was suppose to do the passport had left and it was close even though the sign says it closes at 3
Pm . Nobody called to notify me . I had made another appointment for Saturday and they called the day of the appointment stating it was a glitch and they don’t do appointments on weekends . This is really inconvenient and annoying .

This was my third or fourth time utilizing the passport service here and I just want to give a huge shout out to Victor. He has been there every time we’ve gone in for this service and is always kind and professional and efficient and makes what could be a bureaucratic headache so easy.

The Fort Washington Post Office is a clean and safe facility to use. This location offers services such as Passport processing, PO boxes and of course mail. The post office has a knowledgeable and efficient staff handling every aspect of the mailing process.

You have got to be kidding me. This place is a joke I came in on Saturday12-16-2023 (it’s the holiday season) to mail off packages to grandkids. It was two people a guy and a lady. The lady kept walking away talking on the phone leaving the guy alone. I stood in line for far longer than I would have liked. Anytime I come into this post office I dread it. Twice in the last month they have failed to deliver a package from ebay. The first time was 3 weeks ago. They stated on tracking that package was undeliverable. I went to the FT washington location. The employee I talked to. Said it was SOP for when the package wasn't put on the mail truck. He did get the package for me. Now I get a poorly written undeliverable receipt on Friday. I expect my package today. Postman who is a substitute. Tells me he doesn't have my package. Now I am hoping it's at FT washington location. I will be there Monday morning. This service is unacceptable.

The mailman stole my package or delivered it to the incorrect address. I have called the post office 10 times already and no one wants to answer the phone. Meanwhile I do have a ring alarm camera so needless to say no one delivered anything to my home 6.5.23

I must agree with the others who have given this post office one star because zero stars are not an option. When getting packages are the worst. First, my package was marked delivered. I'm calling the company telling them I want a refund because I have not received my package. I was told to contact the post office. The postal worker had to ask the driver and four days later, I receive my package. Secondly, my package was mailed and marked delivered only to be delivered to wrong address *bend not wood. Someone can't read. And, finally same problem or person who still can't read and delivered our neighbor's package from around the corner who lives on *bend Dr and we live on *wood Drive. Suggestion: maybe the workers need to be retrained on their routes and with alphabetical order to organize their packages, letters, street addresses. Outrageous

This has got to be the worst post office on the entire earth. 7 times now my package couldn’t be delivered because of “insufficient address” even though it was correct and I get mail every day. So you can deliver all these ads to my house but not my packages?

Constantly marking my packages and mail as Return to Sender for "insufficient address" with zero delivery attempts, despite having lived at my current address for 8 months with no prior issue. Not very helpful in solving this issue either, the man I spoke to on the phone said maybe the driver didn't know where to go!

No one ever answers the phone, only 1 person at the front, lines always going out the building.They put my mail on top of the envelopes in my mailbox that needed to go out. So I have to drive to the post office.Worse service ever.
