This was my third or fourth time utilizing the passport service here and I just want to give a huge shout out to Victor. He has been there every time we’ve gone in for this service and is always kind and professional and efficient and makes what could be a bureaucratic headache so easy.

The Fort Washington Post Office is a clean and safe facility to use. This location offers services such as Passport processing, PO boxes and of course mail. The post office has a knowledgeable and efficient staff handling every aspect of the mailing process.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Discriminatory and completely unprofessional staff that made me wait on purpose because of my headscarf. So upset.
