I've been trying to ask questions about my account. When I finally reach someone on the phone, they redirect my call to the main menu. When I try to use the online chat feature, it either errors out or says "Please hold while we connect you to an agent." Can you sell my loan to a servicer with better service?

I talk to the customer service to open an HYSA high yield saving account the lady that I spoke with she ask me to follow the steps to open an HYSA and can't help me to open an account . My Baking Direct Lost A $ 100K Deposit cause that customer service is Dumb And Stupid And Disrespectful. Very Poor. Now They Email Me To Finish My Application. At The First Place Why Flagstar Bank Want To Know All My Information. Hell NO You Can Have Your 5.5% APY.

⚠️ WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY.. THEIR SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU MISS PAYMENTS EVEN IF YOU HAVE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. When you apply for heloc you have to apply for refinance the house and they convert it to heloc then you talk to multiple agents credit approved and then underwriting department declined and you like to talk to them the don’t pick up phone and they don’t care to help you worst customer service for not care about your only about them self because bank have rate for heloc is over 10% not recommended to even apply and waisted on my energy to provide all the documentation ?

Flagstar bank is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. They have no customer service and have no idea what they’re doing. No one says the same thing. Never will deal with them again.

This Bank drags it feet whenever it can to keep making money. Getting PMI removed is a 6-8 month process.... so they can continue to collect payments...

Had a horrible experience after talking to numerous agents and not being taken serious nor them actually do their job. They expect the cusotmer to do all the work and not professional at all. They also increased my mortgage due to their lack to acquire a document that they needed and never informed me. Not once but twice and I have to do all the work for them. for me then to take forever to make any adjustments. Think twice before going with Flagstar. it was a mistake to go with Flagstar
