Great UPS store, the people who work here are tech savvy and attentive. Could be a little more organized, it's chaotic sometimes. And the lines can be too long. But I do recommend this location.

The $3.00 charge for printing a return label is ridiculous. In all my years of using UPS I have never been charged. The employees are lovely.

I realize that the UPS a store makes it's money for services they perform for you, but this place takes it to the next level! I ordered a package from a big name electronics store and one of the options was to pick it up at the UPS store. I thought, okay fine no problem. When the package arrived and I was notified, first the man couldn't find it and when he DID find it, he tells me I owe $3.00!! Ummm for what, the shipper paid the shipping charges?!? His reply "for using my store". I'm quite sure that UPS pays the store a percentage of the shipping charges for EVERY package that's goes in and out of the store and you're going to charge an additional fee?!?! Because I didn't want my package to be held hostage, I paid. TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!!!

The worst.... I placed an order to be picked up by a certain time. The order was NEVER looked into. Conveniently, when I went to pick up my order the Internet was down, they were unable to access my order and interestingly enough was not able to cancel refund my order. Never once did they offer apology or a solution besides sending me to another location who was unable to access my information either. I WILL NEVER do any kind of business with this location. What's funny is, corporate unable to offer help or a solution. But who is without the money for another 3-5 why they are stop holding my funds and without the product.

Every time I come to this location I get great service. Devin is always pleasant and helpful! I never have to wait too long and the store is always clean. Glad this is my local ups store!
