If I could leave a negative I would, why is zero not an option. We are valued Brooks Brother’s customers and every time I visit the Onox Hill location Angie gives us attitude. Most recently we visited the store on May 25th and had an electronic copy of a $30 spending reward that this store and Angie (manager) refused to honor. I could not be a more disappointed customer and will be looking for alternative retail brands to fit my suiting needs.

Ghetto! Tiffany and Brendalyn possess no customer service skills whatsoever. Rude, fail to greet and I was insulted while in store. I don’t care what kind of deals they have, I’ll never return !

James went above and beyond to assist with finding the perfect suit, offering helpful guidance and a wide selection of designs. Great customer service combined with a fantastic selection made for an easy shopping experience.

This is by far the worst brooks brothers by far. I went in to buy some dress shirts and they didn’t have the size I was looking for. Instead I was being threatened by Brendalyn the manager and has major anger issues never recommend it. The staff is terrible and impatient. Clothes are all over the floor. Cameras don’t work to report.

Terrible service, apart from clothes and when I came back for it, they didn't know where it was... Terrible, due to lack of time it stayed there and the 2 hours invested in choosing and trying were wasted. :(
