This is the worst-in store customer experience I ever have at this location! Only one clerk was assisting customers at front, the rest of them were running like a chicken in the store disregarding the long line customers were waiting to check out. After waiting for about 10mins or so, The lady started scanning my items and showed me the total price I have to pay. I then asked if she could apply my coupons. She scanned my coupons and changed the price to even a higher total price than she showed me at the beginning. I told her I gave her the coupons to get a discount , but not to pay even higher. She said she couldn’t go back and update the price. I’ve contacted the supervisor , goes by a name - Karin. The supervisor told me there is nothing she can do about it. The supervisor said the clerk has scanned a wrong code at the beginning. Then I could have gotten away with it had I just paid the lower total price at the beginning. It is total customer’s deception of asking two different price tags for the same purchase. And the supervise is punishing me for her employees deliberate mistake. I’ve noticed the supervisor has attitude. She seemed to complicate the matter even more.They basically are asking for different price tags depending on your relation with the store or if you happen to know the store employees well. Nepotism!!!

Brittany was nice but gave incorrect information over the phone, regarding a return. When arriving at the store, I told her the info she gave me was not correct. She got upset & called someone else to complete my return which was very petty & unprofessional. Mia or Nia, a manager, stated all representatives were aware of the policy however that was clearly not the case & some training is needed so the same/correct info is communicated consistently. The gentleman at the cash register were pleasant.
