Mina is very professional, greeted me when i walked in and asked if i needed any assistance finding anything even though I was just looking around but she was very attentive. Clean store, very organized. Definitely will be back!

I needed a few items for my daughters and decided to stop in. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. This store was new to me, so I was walking around a little lost. One of the nice ladies noticed me having trouble locating what I needed. She approached me and asked if I needed any help. While helping me, she was very engaging, knowledgeable of product placement, and even shared some tips! She was very friendly, professional, and had a great personality. She made me feel welcome and took her time to help me find everything I needed and then some even though she seemed to be very busy herself. I’d definitely come back and shop with Mina again. She’s great at what she does! Thank you!

The store manager, Mena is so rude and needs to be fired. Myself along with other customers had come into this store recently and she is completely rude to customers, was on the phone during business hours and very dismissive of customers needing assistance. No manager should act in this manner towards customers.
The store owner needs to step in and provide managerial training or hire someone new that’s more customer friendly if they want people to continue to patronize this business.

My Favorite Beauty supply store, I'm giving this store five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I drive from D.C just to come here, I think I pass at least seven beauty supply stores, The customer service is amazing, They always have all the supplies that I need, Thank you ❤️

Enjoying my morning stopped in the beauty supply store. Didn’t see what I wanted headed out the door and the buzzard went off and the lady asked to check my bag. Lady I’ve never stolen anything in my 59 years on this Earth. Guess you can’t be black and young looking without going in the store.Fort Washington location Maryland.

This was my first time in this business
The young lady at front register did greet me when I walked into the store, which was nice, but after I was done picking my one item up and headed to the cash register she was nowhere to be found.
I stood around for a few moments before she came back to the register and started ringing me up.
Afterwards, I asked for a military discount .
I believe that is when the owner came up to apply the discount.
What I did not like , was that the female manager/or store owner, did not greet me as a customer utilizing her business, she made NO eye contact, And did Not acknowledge me while I was standing at the register as she applied the discount.
(If you want people to come back to your business, you might want to greet them or at least acknowledge them and make sure customers are finding what they need )
The customer service was overall poor
My total came out to $13.10
I'm not even sure she applied a discount being that the item I bought was $12.99.
