Hours are trash after covid. Never can find the thing I want as I doubt they stock this place regularly. Probably the push for cheaping out on workers and the giant push for express checkout the bx is now doing. Do not recommend wasting your time here.

I bought a pair of boots on a Wednesday afternoon. I wore them in my office Thursday and Friday, and then tried to return them Saturday morning because one of the boots was incorrectly made and was causing me bad foot pain after walking about 100 feet. When I tried to return the defective pair of $200 boots just 2 days after purchasing, I was told that my return could not be done because, and I quote: "the boots had been worn." So now I have a useless $200 pair of defective boots I can't wear and can't afford to replace solely because I had the audacity to wear them long enough to determine the problem was a manufacturing defect.Do not shop here if you can afford the time to go anywhere else.

Only rating 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.This place is actually worse than having no uniform shop on base, because you’ll plan to be able to use their services and then be let down repeatedly.They do not carry an adequate supply of uniform items, and are unable to order online to have it shipped to store so that they can patch.They close well before their scheduled time. This is a huge issue when service-members don’t get off until 1700 on a Friday, and then are unable to utilize the uniform shop due to them deciding to sporadically close.

There was a period where I was in desperate need of an army service uniform but the store didn't have it. And while it was deeply frustrating the employees were very helpful and more than willing to do their best to help me even if it meant staying past close. It's always frustrating when you need something that's not in stock but the great employees made the experience far more bearable!
