That sign is old haircuts are over $18 now. Some of the barbers are great some not so much.

Very expensive, raised prices $3 to $18.10 in June. Can definitely find better prices off base.

This is a good sized Exchange with a Starbucks and food options. There is a big selection of flat screen TVs, furniture, and clothing. The store is clean and well maintained.
