Ordered a mattress since it wasn’t available in the store. I was told 3-4 weeks. It’s been 4 weeks and no one answers customer service phone, called 1-800 number and they informed me that mattress provider has been requesting for store to schedule delivery to store and they haven’t responded. I go to customer service counter and they tell me I have to wait until I receive an email before anything can be done. Nothing I can do but wait. Frustrating! Last thing I order from AAFES.

12/15/2023 @ 6pm Atrocious customer service. Stood in line at customer service because I needed to purchase a gift card. They were taking returns (out of order) over those needing to check out. I don't know how to purchase a GC through self checkout and sometimes they don't even have anyone checking IDs over there. The lady at customer service kept yelling at people to leave her line and checkout elsewhere. She took another return over me and told me to go to the power zone after I had already waited a considerable time. Power zone had 6 or more people in line needing to check out as well. I went back to the front. The lady working is snippy, and that's putting it very nicely. After I finally made it to the front (again), she asked me if I had a return even though I had already told her I had a GC. I matched her snippiness and she finally chilled out and changed her tone. It's a shame that I have to get upset to be treated with dignity. As she rung me up she then proceeded to tell me that everywhere was cheaper than the exchange. I finally had to tell her I don't buy things at the exchange to save money. I saw at least 4 other employees in the front and yet they only have one person working customer service. AAFES really failed here.
