Went to Wendy's, didn't feel like cooking. I don't eat fast food much. Get there, spends about $30 for the fries to fake like they hot get home they're cold. I don't live far for them to be that cold. No lettuce, no barbecue sauce, no receipt and the kicker, no nuggets. I will not return. Regardless of the line behind you. Double check and check again. Service is horrible. Who ever took the order was horrible too. So disgusted and this is why I don't eat out.

This location has gone down tremendously, if you don't want business then the establishment shouldn't stay open late.

Glad U can go inside and eat b/c I don't do carryout or drive thru.The food was hot & fresh, but the beverage machine was out in the dining room, so my drink came from the drive thru ?.Still have to clean the dining room tho, but all in all, I'll go back.Check out Wendy's new shirts, they're cute.

We went through the drive thru and the service was very good they were very efficient and my order was correct the first time lol. I would definitely visit this location again and again!!!

I ordered the biggie bag jr cheeseburger. My order was warm, the burger was overcooked and the fries were not tasty. The cashier was professional and friendly as was the server.

Whoever the chocolate girl who is always there on late nights around 12- 1 in drive thru is amazing she is patient, her customer service is immaculate . Every time I come her energy is there I try to give her tips all the time she won't take them . People like her need more appreciation they are the reason places like this are still in business. If I'm not mistaken I believe she said her name was zolie or Zoey .

I came to the drive thru at 6:32 on 12.31.23 and did not have a great experience the young lady that was suppose to greet me with a great customer service experience most definitely did not. She was extremely rude no eye contact, no interaction, but your payment is 15.35 she appeared to not be in the best mood and even talked to the Hispanic works as though they were beneath her all of this was observed at the window.When shopping in this area you kind of get this on a regular but it shouldn’t be this is a business and should be operated as one. I’ve said thank you no response I believe I said thank you 3 times after giving my card, then after given my drink, and finally after receiving my food to just get a “mmhhmm” in response.While working in customer service we cannot wear our emotions on our shoulder we have to come to work breathe in and smile. Training for her customer service is well needed.

Horrible Service. I went to the drive thru and was told I couldn't be served because the system was down. They said wait 10 minutes but also told me I couldn't wait in the drive thru. I wish I could get paid to be on the clock and do nothing. Why not close down if you can't serve customers? To be clear, this is not an employee issue but a company issue. Do better
