Customer service by pharmacy tech sucked. Small petite dark skinned young woman was rude and clearly doesn't have a customer service bone in her body. I complained to the young manager and it didn't seem of any urgency to her to correct the issue either. Maybe I should try CVS next door going forward.

I can see why their ratings are so bad! I just went in to drop a return FedX pkg & the energy I got from the customer service rep was already a bad vibe. She acted as if she didn't want to be at work. This is why a rarely come to this establishment

With the customer service this store provides it needs to be SHUT DOWN. These people do not need to be working with the public AT ALL. Please CLOSE this store or hire people with Customer Service Skills, because none of these people here have ANY Customer Service Skills.

Despite a covid spike and the heavy snow causing a shortage in staff, the lady who answered the phone was sooo nice and sweet! I wish I knew her name.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Go out of their way to do whatever it takes to keep us pleased. Thank you Walgreen’s for selecting lovely, intelligent, kind pharmacists and nurse.

I can't say enough great things about the people who work in the pharmacy, especially Camille. The other day I was having issues with the usual Walgreens I go to on Silver Hill Road. I had to deal with the usual bad customer service and attitude from them just to get my prescription that I get every month. I decided to call the Forestville, MD location to get help. Camille answered the phone and helped me ever step of the way. She gave me instructions on what I needed to do on my end but keeping in touch with me to help. She was so refreshing to work with and truly cared about me. That says a lot about her and about their team. I highly recommend this location. Great customer service with a smile!

I am really impressed by the customer service. It’s not my first time there, but last week I picked up my prescription and the pharmacy technician gave me a card that had a lovely message on it just as a thoughtful gesture. It was definitely one of those awwww moments. I’mdefinitely going back again and again

I called the pharmacy to inquire about my mom's prescription. I am in VA, she's in MD. Her nursing home is on lockdown because of COVID-19. So, I wanted to get her meds delivered and inquired to see if they were ready. They were, and the technician told me they would go to her tomorrow after 3. Then, they mentioned that the meds didn't go out before because she didn't have a credit card. To make sure mom got her meds, I gave her my cc number. Then Aria (the tech/pharmacist) inquired about Medicare part D which was expired. So she told me how to get it renewed. Because this was after hours, she took the extra few minutes and found a code or something to make my mom's Rx cheaper. This, in my mind, is going above and beyond with the Service. I hope the manager sees this and gives her a raise--she deserves it with everything everyone is going through--especially pharmacies. Thank you SO much, Aria!! I cannot tell you how much you helped me getting this straight for my mom.

I’ve called the pharmacy FOUR times and each time I’ve been on hold with absolutely NO ANSWER!! This last time I was on hold so long that I heard someone pick up and then hang up. This store has the worst customer service in the store and the pharmacy. I’m calling about an allergy prescription and I can’t speak to anyone. I hate this store pharmacy especially!

Ghetto, unprofessional, horrible customer service. I was ignored and unnoticed. Shut this raggedy one down!!!! I will never return, you need to hire a new staff. Who hired these people?!? Need to take a page out of Chick fila's book, because what you are doing isn't working!!!

I called this store earlier because I wanted to take my passport photo. The person I spoke to told me someone will be able to take it. When I get here now the camera doesn't work. It's funny to me because I just spoke to someone 20 min prior of coming. The sales assistant seemed a bit irritated. Her tone was off.
