This bank used to be Suntrust, and then suddenly changed ownership to Truist bank a few months ago. They updated the design of the outside of the building so it looks fresh and new, and I’ve never noticed anything unusual since about strange opening hours or long lines of customers waiting to be served.

Customer service is very terrible. I called had to press the same number several times to get someone to stop ignoring my calls. Also they also seem very irritated that they had to do they job which was answering the phone to assist me with my question. 0 stars and I'm considering canceling with this terrible branch.

I wouldn’t give this branch any stars if it was an option.I called this branch for assistance and it is something I was told I could not handle over the phone and only a supervisor could assist me with..was then told they do not currently have a supervisor at this branch. That’s fine, but unfortunate.Laqueese was very short with me on the phone and could maybe be a bit more professional instead of confrontational. Some training in customer service perhaps?I called this branch after being on hold with the 800 number for Truist over 30 mins and when I talked to someone on that number (very professional) they recommended I call the branch itself or try to pay a visit in person.Will be canceling my account with Truist.

I bank with this company and was going to go to this location because it is closer but after reading the reviews that's crazy I never seen so many people not like one place before I guess I will keep driving to clinton

Please save yourself time and sanity and don't come to this branch!! They are very slow!!! I have been waiting for 50min and counting! Only one banker working!

This is the WORST bank in the world . Terrible customer service they make you wait in line while they are conversating with eachother and they work very slow on purpose . Fontella Bullock is so rude she is no help at all and does not care to help the clients . She was worried about where to put her food while I was waiting in line ! Nobody in this place greets you and acts like you aren’t even there. I seen it happen several times with clients who come in . Please don’t waste your time coming in here, they do not care to help you and they are beyond slow. Also don’t even bother calling because I guarantee they will never answer your calls and if they do they will place you on hold for HOURS ! It’s rated a one star for a reason

The absolute worst branch on earth. They post a sign on the door for lunch break and then don't honor their timeframe. 20 people waiting outside to be served, only to get in and there's 1 teller, no one else because the other tellers computer is broke and no one can fix it. Put money into staff instead making your building look pretty.

Terrible customer service!!! I was in the drive through for almost two hours and then when it was my turn she told it was closed. She was really rude, they had someone outside asking what type of transaction and he never said something about it!!! Saturday 9th 2022 around 11:30AM

Horrible! My first time in drive through. It took almost 2 hours and there were only 4 cars in front of me. This is unacceptable on so many levels. Close the bank down now.

Poor service. Dec.6 2021 @1:30pm.Terrible service inside and outside service. There is no reason for anyone to wait on one person 45 minutes. Then go inside and wait another min. Never again. Horrible bank management. The last time I was here I had a similar experience, and it wasn't even busy. The teller was just sitting there talking to another teller or on the phone or something. She saw me getting frustrated so it appeared as tho she was doing it on purpose.

Fontella is very rude and unpleasant if you don’t like your job please do us a favor and find a new profession she’s too old to act the way she acts.. your in customer service smile greet us smh some ppl the worst..

The customer service is terrible!! Today there was only 2 tellers and one was on the phone handling business I guess! The one teller that was one was nonchalant and slow….she had no cares in the world ? please get this branch some help!

Why are the lines always sooo long? The BB&T folks be cleared out quick but the suntrust members its like we are still using AOL hard wired internet connections to get work done. Gotta do better. The teller Alana is very sweet and is the only reason why this branch gets any stars from me. The other folks seem not to care much here.
