I love Rose's and usually my experience is exceptional. However, yesterday my son and I went to Register 8 because the light was on, and I asked the cashier at 7 said that Register 8 was open. She replied yes. We stood there for 5 minutes. I asked where's the cashier, getting change? She said no, right there looking you. The cashier was hanging up empty hangers. I said, you are the cashier and let us stand here without acknowledging your customers? She said she wanted to finish hanging up the hangers. I said, Well being properly trained, customers come before tasks. You don't ignore us to complete your task and make us wait in the process, Angel. This is not a dig, but with 30 years of CSR experience, I know what I know. Take this as a learning experience. The next customer won't be so understanding ✌?

The prices and products are way better then General dollars dollar tree, Save a lot any of those discount grocery stores. The only thing I don't see is frozen foods to can meet a very cheap in name brand Please give roses a try. And every Wednesday is senior citizen discount day. They just don't have Saying you're citizen discounts on furniture .

The store was messy, merchandise was either priced incorrectly or not priced at all. The cashier Tracy had a funky attitude!!!! Her customer service skills are non existent!!!

Arriving at 7:51 on 09/15, about five patrons and I attempted to come inside and we were greeted with a "WE CLOSED" (exact expression, missing the word 'are') shout from the Rose's associate manning the doors! Not allowed to come in, we all retrieved to our cars frustrated. One suggestion I have for Rose's is to change your Hours of Operation to reflect 7:50 close time instead of 8:00. . .
