“Check your prescription before you leave. I was shorted 10 pills. I went back, the gentleman was very kind. I was told to come back tomorrow. The line moves very fast, everything is good there, just count the pills before you leave. I will update this review with what happened. UPDATE: Had the 10 pills waiting for me when I showed up. Changing from 1 star to 5.”

“Great customer service and follow up with insurance company. They close earlier than other pharmacies so when I was running late to pick up my prescription I called ahead and they buzzed me in upon recognizing who I was. That is what relationship is all about. Did not have that with CVS Livingston Road.”
“For all of you that go to CVS and Walgreens and are frustrated with long lines, long wait times for prescription fills or refills, poor communication, or just bad customer service, you must make ALLENTOWN DISCOUNT PHARMACY your #1 pharmacy. Most times, they will call you upon receiving your prescription, fill it within an hour, call and let you know when it is filled. If it is an automatic refill, no problem. They will call to let you know that a refill is about to take place and then call you again when it is ready. Howard, the owner is very knowledgeable and super friendly. He managed the #1 Walgreens years ago before Walgreens' service took a dive. Howard is genuinely concerned about his customers and wants to help. Please give this pharmacy a try and let me know through Google reviews if you have a similar experience. I drive from Upper Marlboro to Clinton just to receive this superb experience. I understand that this is not a long drive. My point is that I pass several CVS and Walgreens just to come here.”
“I have been a customer for about five years. I have first hand knowledge of how all the staff go above , beyond, and then some, just to help me. If I could recommend any pharmacy, it would definitely be Allcare pharmacy with Mr. Mike as my pharmacist. They make you feel like you're their only customer and that's a rare occurrence these days.”

“This Giant store is what you call “top dawg”. The products here are plentiful and they always have what I need. They have a deli and a seafood area where you can buy a lot of fresh stuff. The pharmacy here is really good. But the prices are absolutely horrendous. Giant is so expensive and they claim to have low prices. Also the receipts are sooo long! I get one thing and the receipt is 8 inches!! (I measured it).”

“I've been shopping here since it was a Super Giant. There's probably few people remaining around here that know or even remember what that was. It's always been a good store. Since it was downsized many years ago from the Super Giant to a regular Giant it's a bit on the small size by today's standards, with not as big a selection as other stores, but it also makes it much easier to navigate and get in and out of. The store is clean, well stocked, and the people working there have always been super nice and helpful.”
“The regular lines were several people long, but the self-checkout had no wait. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. In general, I like this store. They keep it organized, clean, and stocked. When there has been a problem, the employees have been nice and helpful.

“This location usually has what I need after noon, if you could please work on overnight stocking—a wide selection of fresh produce, meat, and seafood. The staff are very helpful. However, when using grocery pickup, not all shoppers are equally attentive. I've learned when to use that service to ensure the best experience.”

“First time going to this Shoppers! I thought they were all closed down in this area! I'm still surprised by the exorbitant prices that the grocery stores are charging even though the pandemic is over but the prices didn't come down. “Not the best experience with buying donuts on this particular day. Once getting into the store at 7am(opening), the bakery Dept. had limited variety of donuts. When questioning the baker, she stated that donuts weren't made before store opening and I should call in my order the day before. A manager who heard the comment disagreed and stated the bakery Dept was open since 5am and the variety of donuts should've been available. The baker did bring out a few more varieties of donuts, but I had to wait between 10-20min. Donuts themselves were delicious.”

“Honestly, hated going to pick up medicine due to rude service and the ignorance of employees but since they had new team members the service became spectacular! There’s this new guy, not sure his name but he has long hair and silver necklace, he’s always shown patience towards everyone and makes sure that everyone leaves happy and safe. I remember how he helped a customer in front of me who was so moody and rude, surprisingly they left happy and satisfied. He’s a fast and polite worker. This pharmacy really improved the store experience. So glad they found good workers unlike the ones near ALDIs!”

“Came in last night after work to get some hallmark cards for some people and snacks. Got to the register and was greeted by Jayson. He was so nice and pleasant. Helped me update my Walgreens number which I never knew you could do! Every time I come in I say dang it’s still my old number but Jayson the ONLY ONE to take the time and initiative to help me out with this matter. It was also nice to receive such friendly service even though it was slow, especially coming 40mins from work. Me and my mom enjoyed his customer service and attentiveness.
