The staff is very nice and so is the Doctors. I would recommend this place to anyone. The parking is tight but it's ok.

I had a really good experience at first but they were selling me something, after they got my money they could careless. The sales person I worked with when I picked out the glasses walked around and showed me frames, made suggestions, worked with me on style selection and she was great. But the experience when I went to pick up my glasses, not so much. I wish she was there because my experience would have probably been different. There were people working but not really. I walked in the front desk greeted me I told them I was there for pick up and she pointed and said over there. I walked over and 3 people were on computers never looked up. I said hello no one responded, no one greeted me, no one offered to help. A gentleman walks out the back and says hello then begins talking to his daughter, he returns speaking to me and asks what I need help with I told him I was picking up glasses. He asked my last name handed them to me said look to make sure they are the correct ones handed me a bag walked away. No on sat with me to adjust my glasses or make sure they fit properly ... which they don't, they are too tight and I at this point want to return them because they are so uncomfortable. I have worn glasses since I am 9 and never not had someone sit and check to make sure that my glasses fit properly. What more disturbing is paying over $700 for glasses that are too uncomfortable to wear. The lackluster customer service and patient care and interaction is disheartening. I guess I was supposed to beg for help. I am currently trying to figure out the return policy because like I stated these glasses are too tight and I rather go spend my money at an establishment that actually values my business.

Ray was very helpful in my process as I haven’t had glasses in over 6months. She walked me through the process, helped me find glasses and got me some new specs all ready within an hour. Outstanding services. Preferable location to go to. No wait times at all. Great experience!

After not being able to see clear with the glasses I got from my eye dr. I went back to ask for an adjustment, they redid my glasses, but unfortunately I didn’t see a difference. Went to a different eye dr to be informed that they didn’t have the right prescription in my glasses, that was the problem. Very disturbing to know that for 5 months of headaches and suffering I had to go somewhere else to right their wrong. They apparently didn’t know what they were doing. Be cautious doing business there. I called them and requested a refund. Will definitely never trust them again! I soon will be able to see clear again. Giving all the credit to an eye dr who knows what he is doing. Thumbs down to my eye dr location in Forestville!!!!!

I did a short write up yesterday after my encounter with this office. But I'm still irritated. I don't want to use any bad words but believe me, I feel like it. When I first started going there, over 20 years ago, it was really nice. They were really friendly and made you feel comfortable. A place I would recommend anyone to go. Now it's like an assembly line. Get you in, get your money and get you out. They have lost a loyal customer with me, and I would never recommend this place.

I’ve had one of the most pleasant experiences at this location today! everyone from the front desk staff, the eye wear consultants, and technician were so friendly, kind and understanding! I didn’t have an appointment today ,but The front desk staff were so helpful in looking up my insurance. She let me know of a cancellation and I was seen within 10 min! The customer service here is AMAZING! My optometrist Dr. Afua was so comforting and knowledgeable. She really understands her patients needs. My eyewear consultant, Devon really brought my spirits up by informing me of various pricing packages of their specialty lens types and materials suited for my specific eye needs and style and pocket ?. I might have come in with a headache from my old prescription but, I left laughing with a smile from the soothing atmosphere and great staff. I can’t wait until my next visit!

Did not leave a message or send an email about changing my appointment time even though I got the reminder email the day before for the original time. Came all the way up there for no reason.

This location needs a little bit of improvement. I'll probably not be coming back in the future. When I called to schedule an appointment, the lady was rude. Then, the reminder call to confirm if I was coming in or not - the lady was also rude (maybe the same one). Appointment day, the Dr. was really nice, staff were okay/nice, and the facility was spacious, clean, and great atmosphere overall. However, I paid almost $500 for lenses only which I felt was quite expensive vs. other locations AND they forgot to bill me for the consultation to top it off so the whole time that I thought my glasses were being made was actually not the case. They reached out 3 days later to tell me the consultation wasn't paid (THEIR mistake) and couldn't start making my glasses because of it. That was very unprofessional on their part and didn't even provide any compensation for the wasted time. A coupon/discount would have been much better than an "I'm sorry for the mistake" because it was time that was lost. Staff lack phone etiquette. This was my first time coming to this location and although the Dr. was very professional and actually diagnosed me with a potentially dangerous eye disease which helps me monitor it, front desk staff lack phone etiquette and professionalism. I used to work as a Customer Service Representative, so I know that attitude is the most important trait to great service and customer retention.

This was the best experience I have ever had and my first time at this my eye dr. Location. I was greeted when I walked in. Everyone in here was so nice and professional and easy to talk to. Thank you ladies so so much for such a great and smooth experience today!

Please take heed to what I'm about to say. If you want good service do not give them your money.... I'll explain. They will be nice and polite while they are trying to sell you their product. Glasses, contacts, ect. Once you pay that's when they will turn. They told me I was paying for a class for contacting asked me if I wanted to attend the class. I said yes, paid for the class, was told wonderful things about this class. I called back the next week and they weren't just rude, but then proceeded to tell me I didn't pay for a class I paid for service that I know was covered under my insurance. Plz. I'll recommend strongly that you go to America's best. This experience was hurtful and disappointing.

Came in today to get my contacts and from the moment I walked in to when I left I enjoyed everyone around me. From Dr.Goode to R.Sesker even the ladies at the front desk. Everyone was super nice, patient, and informative. I also got a great price on my contacts as well thanks to R.Sesker.
