Robert our sales associate rearranged multiple modular sectionals until we found the perfect fit- his recommendations were all on point. No pressure to purchase but we got our new couch anyways. The sale was also quick, Mario quickly invoiced us very quickly. Highly recommend coming here for the vast variety and customer service.

Paid cash to purchase a sofa at Marlo Furniture 2/23/24. Went to pick it up on 2/24/24. They sold my sofa to another customer by mistake. Was told a refund check will be mailed to us in 2 weeks. Its going on 3 months and still no refund check. Marlo sales representative, sales manager, corporate manager, and customer care not helpful and work like idiots and continuously stating, "based on what is noted in their system...". Worse shopping experience ever!
