I am upset over my service today at this location. I have been here before with no issues, and the first part of my service was fine, so I was expecting to end on a high note. I brought my car in around 1p for two new tires to be mounted. I was told around 3 my car would be finished, so I caught a lyft from the location to run errands. Around 2:40 I received a call saying that my car was almost finished, but wanted to know if I was wanted a headlight replaced, to which I responded yes! I gathered myself and caught a lyft back thinking I was going to be done soon. I got back to Just Tires around 3. When I got back, I sat on a my conference call for 1.5 hours. After my call I realized how much time had passed and was wondering why my car was not ready. I went and asked the customer service person. He tells me that they are waiting for the bulb to be delivered. I asked how far is the driver. The employee didn't know, nor did he know if the bulb was even picked up. When I received my call at 2:40, I was not told the bulb had to be delivered, nor did he tell me when I first walked in. After sitting for 1 hour and 30 mins, I had to go find out what was the hold up. I ended up not leaving until 5:30. My bill was $590. If I come to your establishment to spend this kind of money (or any amount), the least you can do is respect my time. If I was told on the first phone call at 2:40 that the bulb needed to be delivered, I could have stayed out to finish what I needed. Instead I was left to sit in the waiting room with no clear information on how much longer before the bulb even gets there. The cashier watched me walk in knowing the bulb was not there. Didn't give me an update, and left me sitting for 1hr 30 mins before I had to come up myself for information. Than he didn't have any information to give.

my experience with this good year location located just off Center Avenue was awesome. Every single employee was amazing at very great customer service skills. You can tell that they were very genuine in the customer service and I look forward to doing business with this location specifically again.

I purchased a new set of tires plus a front end alignment I had to bring my car back twice in 2 days one of my tires was flat and one had 10 pounds of pressure

Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and overall inspection they did the oil change, but did not rotate my tires so is almost impossible to do inspection on my brakes, but the associate lied to my face and told me that my brakes was good how you inspect brakes with the ties still on

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE TIRES FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND ANYONE READING TO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I RECEIVED JUST TO REPLACE 1 TIRE THAT TOOK 9 1/2 hrs TO DO WHEN I GOT TO THE LOCATION WHEN THEY FIRST OPEN WITH NO CARS IN THE GARAGE TO CHANGE JUST 1 TIRE AND TOLD ME AFTER MY WIFE CALLED AROUND 430 AFTER NOONE CALLED TO TELL US OUR TIRE WAS READY THE REP SAID “COME GET THE TIRE TOMORROW WE ARE BUSY NOW” MY WIFE SAID TAKE THE TIRE OFF MY RIM AND GIVE ME MY RIM BACK THE GUY SAID “Fine come get the rim” FOR HER TO GET THERE AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THE TIRE OFF BUT THEN WANTED TO HELP WHEN SHE THREATENED TO FILE A COMPLAINT THERE WAS MORE THAT TRANSPIRED BUT I DONT FEEL LIKE TYPING NO MOE ALL IN ALL DO NOT PURCHASE TURES FROM HERE PERIOD ZERO STARS

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon after running errands. They were dealing with multiple challenges, the system was having issues, and they were super busy. The customer service was top-tier tier, and my tire was repaired. I would return to this location.

Went in for an oil change on 05/11/24. My technician Seth left my engine cap off and closed the hood after completing the oil change. The following morning I noticed a massive leak of oil from my vehicle’s undercarriage. I inspected underneath my hood and noticed oil had spewed everywhere. This was a very careless mistake that could’ve worse if I didn’t catch it when I did. I can only imagine what other careless work this technician is doing on a daily basis
