I Ordered shoes for pick up todays ago, and the order is still in processing. The phone number listed on google is out of service and no one is available through the Live Chat. I just need an update regarding when my order will be ready for pick up, or if there is a problem fulfilling the request.

Went in finish line in Forestville today after a bad experience at footlocker across the street. The employee Mr. Zion welcome me with open arms had great customer service. Help me with the shoes was in and out of the store. Will be returning this is how customer service should be.

There aren't many actual box shoe stores in the days of Amazon. I knew that I would find what I was looking for at Finish Line. I needed a pair of tennis shoes to work out. The best thing about a box store purchase for shoes is that you get to try them on. They were very young yet professional. The young salesman was too young to know what jellybean shoes were, which I referenced when he showed me the 1st pair. I laughed and told him he was too young to know what jellybean shoes were.

Purchased shoes online i didn't like and the store let me even exchange with no problem. Just make sure it's not the MACY FINISH LINE. You might have problems exchanging items you bought on the website

They prices are to high they should have some type of sales since we are in a pandemic a $110 for sneakers at this time..i will not be shopping there
