So I ordered a package that required a signature on delivery, and unfortunately, neither I or my family would be available to receive this package during the scheduled delivery time. However, FedEx offers an option to hold a package at an "authorized FedEx distribution center" for pickup, and this location was suggested. As a distribution center, I truly did not know what to expect, because it did not specify what type of business location-i.e. FedEx store vs. FedEx counter within a convenience store vs. a FedEx mass shipping center. Come to find out, it's a small privately-owned (?) mail courier service store, and advertises as an authorized shipper for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. The place is relatively small but neat, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. However, finding the exact location was a bit of a hassle, but I did find it after using another gps system, and saw that it's located at the back corner of Forestville Plaza. There's plenty of free parking, and it does not seem like a busy location-but I could be wrong. And you can have any mail or package shipped from here, or have mail/packages arrive here for free pickup-depending on your courier company. Overall, I highly recommend!

This authorized shipping center in my neighborhood is outstanding! Not only do they handle shipping efficiently, but their customer service is second to none. The staff is friendly, and the sense of community is palpable. Trustworthy, reliable, and supporting a local gem – what more could you ask for in a neighborhood shipping center?

My new go-to! I get in/out and everyone is helpful. I do need to know if you all accept packages? I just had an issue with a delivery service who claims to have delivered my package but camera clearly shows that no one came to my house that entire day. I even attempted to retrieve the package right after getting the delivery notification but there was no package! I need an alternative because these shipping companies are lying.

Yesterday, I was looking for a full service FedEx location. I initially went to Walgreens but they were not equipped to provide the service needed. They referred me to Mail Xpress. I was met by a very personable, professional and patient employee named Danny. He walked me through the entire process of printing the necessary label and form needed to accompany my package. Because of his service, I will return to this location in future. Thank you Danny!

I believe the gentleman that helped was the owner, however his customer service stinks & it needs some adjustments. It saddens me that people who look like you dislike you for no apparent reason

They say someone misplaced my package I’ve called 5 times and they always give me the run around and then said they will call me… it’s been a month and I’ve still heard nothing and they say they are not the ones who are supposed to reimburse me lol
