“Many of the items that I wanted to purchase were behind lock and key and I know that someone would’ve come to assist me to get them. However there were so many items in different areas, it wasn’t worth the trouble. So I left without them. I know that there is a problem with people stealing certain items, of course it had to be the ones that I wanted. It’s got to be a better way to prevent theft and to afford customers the ability to purchase what they require without a lot of unnecessary time and effort”
